This result showed me that the magazine I produce will have elements taken from this survey which would be appealing to both genders, having an equal amount of male and female I think will be very helpful when collecting and analysing the rest of my results as then I can target my audience to be both genders.

This showed me that when developing my results into my final piece, my target audience would be the younger generation with ages from 15-30, this Is quite a large area therefore I know that to target the audience as best as I can by choosing the option that this survey said is most popular as this would the best way to maximise viewers.

These set of results showed that my main element that I should make stand out to gain viewers for my magazine is the iconography that features, therefore as well as having a foreground image that is eye catching, I will have three call outs to advertise celebrities that are featured in my magazine.

This result has also showed me that I should not waist money or time on free stuff with each issue of my magazine as it will not gain viewers like having a good quality mast head would,

This result is most relevant for my contents and double page spreads. I found that for my double page spread I will write about interviews that I had with the front cover feature of my magazine, therefore the people I have targeted my magazine at would not be disappointed.

There was a clear answer here in what my genre should be for my magazine if I wanted to gain as many viewers as possible. Therefore to develop this result further I will do more research into what my target audience sees as rock and what celebrities, mise en scene would grab their attention to show them what would show them a great rock would look like.

The results of this question, show that my target audience think that the best mast head is ‘Voltage’ there for I plan to develop different fonts of this word and research what my target audience thinks would appeal to them most.

This represents that majority of my targeted audience thinks that the colour cohesion that would lead them to by the magazine is black, white and gold. This colour cohesion therefore is the one I would use as these are also classic rock colours.

Conclusion

I found this survey was very helpful in making my final decisions on what

I should include on my front cover, contents and double page spread. I feel these results I would apply to my target audience and encourage them to buy my music magazine.
