Sound A-Likes Yes No You would not need to pay for a PPL License, only a PRS License for Sound A-Likes

No No There are no licenses to pay for Royalty Free Music

Overplay (Unsigned Artists)

15% of the license

15% of the license

You will require both a PRS & PPL License, however your charge would only be 30% of the normal license
