Evaluate the preservation of a stable spine while extending the hips.

Evaluate the preservation of a stable spine while extending the hips.
Glut Med 4
Evaluate the preservation of a stable spine while extending the hips.
Glut Max 5
Prone hip extension (MMT) with knee flexion. The goal is to assess strength, and help the athlete avoid poor movement strategy.
Patella Position 7
Patella alta/baja position for patellar glide (tracking when swelling is present). Look for quad activation vs. co-contraction,
fat pad impingement, terminal extension, and possible fear avoidance.
Ankle Joint Mobility

Examine for Talocrual (anterior tightness) vs. heel chord tightness (posterior tightness).
1st Ray Dorsiflexion
