• Heli Joy ride is operated with 11 seater/ passenger chopper.
• For the flight operation minimum 06 passengers are required per flight.
• In case if short passengers less than 06 persons the next schedule passenger will be adjusted.
• For booking of joy ride from the age of 0-2 years - No charges and above 02 years full charges will be applicable
• Bags, luggage and eatable food not allowed in joy ride. Locker Facility is available at airport.
• Reporting Time will be 45 minutes before joy ride at Juhu Airport.
• Tourist / Passenger should carry their identity card (Govt. of India approved) for domestic tourists and for international tourists (foreigners)passport is compulsory. Without ID proof entry is not allowed.
• Pawan Hans will provide well equipped waiting room for the tourists before the ride.
• Valid only booking made by MTDC Website. In case of full booking, walking customers are not allowed.
• Ticket is not transferrable.
• Advance Reservation of joy ride shall be booked prior to 15 days.

7) Rules of cancellation of tickets
7.1) Cancellation prior Seven Days 10% amount will be deducted.
7.2) Cancellation prior Three Days 25% amount will be deducted.
7.3) Cancellation within Three Days 100% amount will be deducted.
8) Ticket is non transferable.
9) Keep Aquarium and its premises clean and help the aquarium staff to keep the premisesclean.
10) Photography and video shooting is not allowed without proper photographic ticket.(Rs.500 /-Five Hundred only )
11) Penalty of Rs. 2000 will be charged if Visitors are found doing Photography withoutphotography ticket including use of Mobiles for photography or videography.
12) While photography please mind that your photography will not disturb the work as well as fishof aquarium.
13) Click only movements of fish; photography of fish movement with action by visitors is notpermitted.
14) Do not use flash while photography.
15) At least a week prior permission should be taken while doing professional shooting by filmmaking Company.
16) The rights are reserved by Commissioner of Fisheries that, without prior intimation andreason photography can be cancelled and the fare of photography will not be returned.
