Problem Resolutions
Deduction Subset – is a group of deductions that you select from the standard set of deductions you define on the Deduction Table. The subset can be established on the Pay Calendar Table or the Payline.
Pay One-Time Override – an override made at the employee level on the payline (deductions, none, or deduction subset).
Query Tool – appropriate queries can identify any double deductions on concurrent or non-current jobs and multiple pay groups.
Summary / Closure
Testing allowed USF to develop business rules for processes.
Decisions led to consistency for processes and reporting.
Reduced duplication of effort.
