Ceremony and/or Reception Program*Theprogramisthefirstthingtheguestsreceivewhentheyarrivetocelebratewithyouonyourbigday.Itusuallyliststhecouple’sparents,thebridalparty,officiant,ceremonyreadings,verses or, songs, special thank you’s, and the order of events.

Place Cards + Table Settings/Numbers*The place cards and table numbers work together to make sure your perfectly planned seating chart gets executed smoothly. You’ll provide us with a spreadsheet listing all your guest’s names and talbe number. We’ll typeset and design custom placecards that match the invitation. The folded placecards will be available for pick up at the guestbook table when your guests arrive at the reception. On each table, there will be a corresponding sign with the table number clearly visible on a stancion.

Photo Guestbook*Our photo guestbooks are always a big hit! We take the best shots from your engagement and/or bridal session and put together a hard-bound book with spaces left for your guests to sign and leave you warm wishes. The GUESSbook*This is a one[pink]square exclusive! The GUESSbook is a fun addition (or alternative) to the traditional guestbook. Engagement Announcements* She’s got the ring! Now it’s time to tell the world and start planning the wedding! Engagement announcements are a sweet way to show off your new bling, and share your excitement with your friends and family.

Save-the-Date Announcements*Traditionally, save-the-dates were sent out only for destination weddings. But today, brides are using them as a way to formally announce their engagement and their in-the-works wedding. It’s a great way to showcase that engagement portrait, and also starting introducing your guests to the colors, theme, vibe, and feel of the wedding.

Custom Wedding Website and Domain NameYour very own website! We create a custom website for you to showcase your love for each other and all the wedding details that guests need to know. Some of our most popular pages include: About Us, Proposal Story, Photo Album, Online Guestbook, Wedding Day Information (Directions, Times, etc.), Wedding “Season” Calendar with all your shower, parties, and milestones, Vendors, Countdown, Honeymoon, Registries, and Contact Us. These are custom designed and coded, so they are as unique as you are! We also provide you with a custom domain name that you can later use to be your family’s blog to update your friends and family on your new life!

Thank You Cards*To give every aspect of your wedding a cohesive look, our custom thank you notes match the invitation. Your guests will still feel apart of the wedding celebration long after it’s over!

Bridal PortraitsShow off that dress, girl! Schedule this session in collaboration with your hair and makeup trial about 2-3 months before the big day.

Photography Day-OfAll packages include up to 8 hours of coverage on your wedding day. We arrive early to get shots of the wedding party getting ready and all the little details that go into making your day special. Then we’re with you all day through the ceremony and reception until you drive away!

You will receive a DVD containing all your printable high-resolution images and a web-optimized set for online sharing. We provide photographic printing through our professional imaging lab, but we include a printing release with your DVD so you can print them where ever you want. Professionally designed photo albums are available for an additional fee.

Turn around time is 6-8 weeks. We will post a few sneak peek shots on our Facebook page very soon after the wedding. (With your permission of course!)

Videography Day-OfSimilar to photography, we arrive early and stay until the end. Includes scenes: the wedding party getting ready, details, the ceremony, speeches, dances, and your grand exit. You will receivefiveDVD’sincludingavideostorybook,settoasongofyourchoice.

Turn around time is 6-8 weeks. We will post the video storybook within two weeks of the wedding on our Facebook page. (With your permission of course!)

Love Story VideoThis is a short 5-10 minute video that is played during the reception. We’ll meet up with you 2-3 months before your wedding and spend the day with you as you tell us how you met, what you love about each other, and what you look forward to in the future. You’ll have the chance to thank your parents, wedding party, and all your guests for coming to the reception.

Reception Photo BoothThese are a huge hit with your family and friends! We will set up a backdrop that matches your wedding and provide tons of funky props for everyone to take pictures with! Props will vary, but just to name a few we have: hats, mustaches, chalkboard signs, glasses, garlands, lips, masks, etc. You will be provided with individual pictures and fun photo-strips of the groups of people that take pictures together. The images are delivered with your wedding photography DVD’s.

Reception Guest Video JournalSimilar to the photo booth, we will set up a station during the reception where your family and friends can come and record a special message for you. You can also leave a message for the future to remember all the excitement of your big day!

Childhood Picture SlideshowThis is an interactive slideshow of pictures of your childhood, through their relationship, and engagement. Most couple’s decide to play this during dinner.

Newlywed Portrait SessionSimilar to the engagement session, this is a 2 hour portrait session just for you, as a newly married couple! Couple’s usually like to show off both their new rings, writing thank you notes, using their new wedding gifts, looking at their wedding portraits, etc. Sometimes couple’s like to do the session right in their home to really depict their new life together!

the fine printAdditional Information• All packages are non-negotiable, but you can always add-on additional services if desired.

To inquire about prices for a-la-carte items, just let us know.

• We require 50% of your total balance due as a deposit to reserve your date. This deposit is non-refundable, even in the event of a cancellation. The remaining balance is due in accordance with the terms outlined in the contract.

• “Printables”: These products are packaged and priced as “design-only.” Any and all printing services will be quoted and contracted separately. You can do this on your own, or we can do this for you, as we have several trusted local printers we work with on a regular basis.
