Happy Holidays! The holidays are upon us, and as I look out my window hoping to see big snow flakes falling, I reflect on another year’s passing. This time of year is always more reflective and an opportunity for us pause and appreciate all we have. Like all of you, those of us at MTI are most grateful for family, friends and good health. We hope that each of you will have a chance to take the time to celebrate with loved ones this holiday season and enjoy the blessings of a living in a great place and an even greater country. On behalf of all of us at MTI please have an enjoyable, fulfilling, but restful time. Travel safely. We are also grateful for the long and lasting relationships we have forged with you, our customers and business partners. This time of year the importance of those relationships is top of mind. We sincerely appreciate the opportunity we have had to work with all of you and we are committed to continuing those relationships and making new ones as we grow. I look back on this year with a great deal of pride around how some of those relationships played out. Whether it was another change over of the GM 300 fleet at the City of Minneapolis, or the opportunity MTI, Toro and a number of you had to support Hazeltine National and Jim Nicol during the PGA, or being there when the Chaska Town Course had their misfortune, or our chance to assist the University of Minnesota’s new research initiative, the TROE Center and many more; we were grateful for the opportunities to serve each and every one of you. Our Consumer Dealer partners by and large enjoyed a long growing season coupled with some wonderful new product from Toro. We were most pleased to be able to respond quickly with our new delivery vehicles out of the MTI warehouse to meet your needs as the business surged. It was most enjoyable for us to see how many of you had banner years. Once again, all of us here thank you for your continued trust in Toro and MTI as a key supplier. Now if only we get some snow falling and things will really look bright. The irrigation portion of our business was very good despite some issues and we are most grateful for the long relationships we at MTI have had with many of you and for you willingness to continue to support us. The golf irrigation business was strong as we had the chance to partner with new and exciting venues like Wind Song Farms, The Wilderness at Fortune Bay, and Somerby Golf among others, while at the same time helping on some renovation projects. We were especially pleased to be working with Minikahda, as it is the birth place of Toro mower equipment for golf courses. As we look ahead, we are committed more than ever to serving our customers with not only the best array of product available but with an ever expanding offering of services designed to provide even more solutions to your ever changing needs. One constant amid the changes will be the importance of our relationships with you, our customers and business partners. We once again thank you for your trust in MTI and our people. We will be working diligently to protect that trust and deliver even more in the coming year. May each and every one of you have a peaceful, blessed holiday season and a prosperous new year. Habitat For Humanity Project Ron SwensonIrrigation Specification Sales Representative

The Toro Company, through its charitableorganization the Toro Foundation, is a strongsupporter of Habitat for Humanity, a world wideorganization that provides home ownershipopportunities for low-income families. Tororegularly donates a lawnmower to the newowner of every home built.

MTI and the Toro Company had the pleasure ofworking on a Habitat for Humanity project thisyear. The site was the Aspen Grove developmentin Burnsville and consisted of one single familyhome and five twin homes, built with professionaland volunteer labor. The Toro Foundation donatedthe irrigation product and MTI donated the designwork and site visits. The people were fabulous towork with. One of the twin homes was built withfemale-only labor through a group calledWomenBuild. They were very creative and evenset up a tent for lunches and breaks, somethingyou normally wouldn’t see on a construction site. The irrigation contractor selected for this projectwas Mike Kilmer and Steve Kersten of AppleIrrigation in Apple Valley.

We at MTI and the Toro Company are pleased andproud to have had a hand in helping families inour community.
