Why apply for MTDC’s CRDF?

• Although we secured a huge supply contract with TM Berhad, we also tied down ourselves to financial difficulties as most banks don’t trust us and they don’t know whether we can delivered the products

• We also facing a few potential partners, mostly PLCs, which just want to swallow us 100% by paying us the R&D Patents Pending Rights and they will supply to the international markets to VoIPs & Telcos

Why apply for MTDC’s CRDF?

• Although we secured a huge supply contract with TM Berhad, we also tied down ourselves to financial difficulties as most banks don’t trust us and they don’t know whether we can delivered the products

• We also facing a few potential partners, mostly PLCs, which just want to swallow us 100% by paying us the R&D Patents Pending Rights and they will supply to the international markets to VoIPs & Telcos

• We also have a deadline in our Supply Agreement where TM R&D has the first refusal to takeover our company

• MTDC’s CRDF Grant of RM4,000,000.00 has made us come out of this chicken & egg situation and with our shareholders’ limited funding we supply our 1st 10k sets and 100k of SIM cards to TM six months after we partnering MTDC

• We never look back and we have created via sponsorships and joint venture with R&D personals , another 5 marketable products.
