About our MSc RRPT Program The Master of Science Rehabilitation Research (Physiotherapy) program is designed to provide graduates with skills to plan and implement research in diverse areas of rehabilitation science. This program is well suited for students and clinicians from a wide variety of backgrounds. The MScRRPT program is designed to provide graduates with: 1. The ability to design and implement research in diverse areas of rehabilitation practice, including physiotherapy. 2. The knowledge necessary to integrate evidence-based assessment and treatment in rehabilitation. 3. Valuable teaching experience in physiotherapy and related areas. The Joint MSc Physiotherapy/Rehabilitation Research program offers eligible students with interest in entry-to-practice Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Research the opportunity to obtain both degrees in a period of three years. The PhD in Health program offers students a unique opportunity to create a focused area of research within a diverse and collaborative health framework. The Interdisciplinary PhD - Health Studies Track program is designed to allow students to master methodological skills to address a problem or issue through a combination of disciplinary approaches. NOTE: The MSc RRPT program does not prepare graduates to take the physiotherapy licensure exams; applicants who want to study to become a physiotherapists must apply to the MSc Physiotherapy program.
