Procedures• Attendance-Attendance is

taken daily at 9:10. If your child arrives after that, a late pass must be obtained at the office when he or she is signed in. Excuse notes are required for tardiness as well as absences.

• Birthdays-To celebrate your child’s birthday, you may send in a peanut free treat for your child to share with the class. We have 22 students in our class.

• Vacation- Work will be completed upon your return. A journal will be sent with the student. They will share their adventure when they return.

• Notes-place in green folder.

• Star of the week-One week before your child is “star”, you will receive a special poster. Please help your child complete it and return it the following Friday. The star student will sit in our “star chair” for the entire week.

• Lunch tickets-Setting up a lunch account is highly recommended. It frees your child from handling money, which is sometimes lost.

• Snack-Pack “ONE” healthy snack each day.
