Admission Procedure :
1. Students should have sufficient number of xerox copies of the original documents
before they are submitted to the college.
2. All the admissions are computerized. Students have to remember and use the
permanent registration number (PRN).
3. Necessary documents like eligibility certificate, migration certificate, E.B.C. forms
must be submitted within the time given.
4. All admissions are provisional. The principal reserves the rights of final admission
and can cancel any admission any time after verification and through scrutiny.
5. Students must preserve all college receipts without which no any fee will be
refunded.
6. Obtaining identity card soon after admission is necessary.
7. Students failing to obtain identity card within the time given will be charged late fee
of Rs.50/- in the first term and Rs.100/- in the second term.
For admission to Boys’ Hostel and girls’ Hostel, students have to fill up a separate
application form.
If selected for admission to Hostel, students will have to pay the requisite fee in the
given time.
Students cannot leave the Hostel without warden’s prior permission.
Friends and relatives will not be allowed to enter the Hostel rooms.
No outside meals are allowed.

Research Outcome :
Availability of 10 University recognized Ph. D. Research Centres and Ph.D. guides are available in 13 subjects.
Research, consultancy and extension activities have been strengthened.
MoUs with many institutes from within and outside of the country have resulted in quality publication and accomplishment of research projects funded by UGC, DST, etc.
Teachers have received more than 1.3 crore rupees as research grants from UGC and other funding agencies to carry out work of their research projects during the last four years.
College has established a Central Research Laboratory to facilitate inter-departmental and inter-disciplinary research work.
College constantly encourages its faculty for participation in various conferences, workshops, seminars, etc and also provides financial support for such participation.
There are four research laboratories in addition to the Central Research Laboratory.

Fees Structure :
Student Grievance Redressal Mechanism :
College has Student Grievance Redressal Cell. The Principal is the chairman of the cell
and he is assisted by the vice principals. Students bring their problems to the cell.
Taking into consideration the gravity of the issue, the cell calls for meeting and resolves
the problems to utmost satisfaction of the students. . There was a case regarding the
conjuction of parking area. Students complained about the irregular parking lots. The
cell held meetings with the contractor who looks after parking manangament. After the
instructions by the cell, there had been no issue regarding any irregularity of parking
lots.
Redressal of grievances with reference to evaluation at the college level are looked into
by the Examination Committee. The Chairman of the Examination Committee is the
Chief Examination Officer (CEO). This position is mandatory as per University norms. A
senior and experienced in conducting several examinations is appointed as the CEO.
The grievances are settled in accordance with the guidelines issued by Dr. B.A. M.
University, Aurangabad as well as the internal examination policy of the College.
University Examination – Students apply for revaluation and verification of marks. The
photocopy of answer books is provided to students on demand by University after
paying some fee. After receiving own answer-sheet if student wants he/she can apply
for reassessment of answer book. In addition, follow up is kept with the University till the
grievance is settled.
Internal examination – After assessment, answer books of Assessment Tests as well
as Semester Internal Tests are shown to all students and if there is any Self -Study
Report for 3rd Cycle of Accreditation Deogirians stand for devotion, dedication,
development and distinction. Page | 94
query the concerned student can approach the teacher. Since the internal marks are
awarded by the teachers, any complaint regarding anomalies is taken care of in the
College itself.
