Yangzhou Maorui Steel Structure Engineering Co., Ltd is a private own company, Maorui Steel setup its headquarter in Yangzhou city and setup 15000 M2 fabrication base in Yancheng City in 2014, The company focus only on oversea market, Served various of clients and projects over 12 different countries. Quality & Schedule is always our priority during the project execution, We can comply with different fabrication standards, Such as EN1090, ASTM and AS/ZN. Meanwhile the company obtained key certification as an international steel fabricator, such as ISO 9001, ISO14001, EN1090,AN/ZN and ASTM.

LOCATION Maorui Steel headquarters located in historic Yangzhou city Jiangsu province, Which is 90 minutes away from Shanghai by bullet train and 90 minutes away from Nanjing by car. Maorui fabrication based located in Yancheng city Jiangsu province, Which is 90 minutes away from port city Lianyungang and 4 hours away from Shanghai by car. CREDIT

Maorui has a low risk of default according to our previous project history, because of this the company have very good relations with the cooperated bank: Bank of China, and we obtained a “AAA” credit from Bank of China, with credit limit up to 2.6 million US dollars. With such limit, We can issue different bonds according to project requirements, Such as advance payment bond, Performance bond and Warranty Bond to secure all project’s quality, schedule, If any items been affected due to quality or schedule, Maorui will repair or replace the effected items at sight.

CAPACITY With manpower of 140 people, around 110 shop workers, With average experience of 5 years in steel fabrication, All welders are certified under AWS D1.1, EN1090 and AS/NZ 1554.1. Blasting to Sa 2.5 or SP10 according to project specification. Fully automation equipments are performed on fabrication. Main Structure: 1000 Tons/Month Secondary Structure: 350 Tons/Month

PROJECT ENGINE

Maorui always take Inspection & Test Plan (ITP), Project Status Report (PSR) and Non-block communication as our three key engines to guide the project on all activities, We always stay close to client’s requirements and project specification. With ITP, We locked project execution according to project specification and client’s requirements. With PSR, We share all project information with client and keep transparent on everything. With non-block communication, we work with client as one real team to turn over the project.

EXECUTION

ITP We will make independent ITP for every project, Which include commercial,

engineering, technique, shop management, fabrication, flow management, QC inspection and logistics. Meanwhile if client have their own ITP template, We will adjusting accordingly. When project finish, MRB (manufacturing record book) will be filed and send to client.

EXECUTION PRS After contract signed, Internal kick offer meeting will be held to clarify the

project scope , schedule and specification, meanwhile a full time project manager will be assigned to liaise client and internal team, make sure all information flow timely. Official kick off meeting be held, either in client’s office or in our factory office, during project execution. We have three levels of communication to secure the project schedule: daily check off list, weekly project progress overview and monthly project conclusion. PRS report have to send to client twice per week and necessary actions need to take to make sure the forward on project.

X-Order X-order is another way of saying engineering changes, which is

common happen during project execution, We have standard procedures to manage such activities, All departments will take the right actions to make sure such changes been executed accordingly. Due to such change, there will be schedule and cost impacted, so project manager need to confirm the cost and re-schedule the affected items with client or the representatives.

EXECUTION

QC Team Maorui has a skilled QC team who can perform most of the inspections

in house, Such as raw material receiving, cutting, fitting, welding, NDT ( VT, PT, MT, UT), painting and packing, Only RT are now outsourced to an independent third party. The team perform the inspection work and communication in a professional way. All of them are certified under various of inspection procedures, such as CWI, ASNT Level 2, NACE Level 2, etc. All of their inspection record will be a part of MRB and send to client.

Tag System Maorui has two type of tags used during the project execution,

One is yellow tag and the other is red tag.

Yellow Tag is a warning on the work performance, while red tag is out notification ( Internal NCR), Like football game. Using of these two tags we can evaluate the workers performance which is connected with their monthly salary.

Warning Tag --- Actions : 1. Team lead take the record. 2. Give instruction of correcting the affected items at sight. 3. Evaluate worker’s monthly performance. 4. Performance connected with worker’s monthly salary. 5. Make training plan for often happen warning issues.

Out Tag --- Actions: 1. Team lead take the record 2. QC issue internal NCR 3. Fabrication team separate the affected items. 4. Fabrication team give correct plan proposal. 5. EXECUTION

Material Sourcing We offer free project material conversion to

clients, while from time to time, certain regions only accept ASTM Grade A36.A572, EN S275,S355 or other standard material, via supply chain management, We establish good relationship with certain oversea mills or their China office, who can supply the required raw material with right quantity. Such as JFE Japan, JFE Shanghai, HYUNDAI Korea, HYUNDAI Shanghai, CSC Dragon Taiwan, Arcelormittal Luxembourg, Arcelormittal Shanghai. With lead time range from 45 to 60 days.

EXECUTION

Welding As an international steel fabricator, We can comply with different

standards on welding, Such as American standard AWS D1.1, European Standard EN 1090 and ISO 3834, Australia/ New Zealand standard AS/NZ 1554.1. Certified PQR, WPS and welders always ready to perform on different project.

Welding process can be performed in our shop: FCAW, GMAW, SAW, SMAW

EXECUTION

Trial Assembly We offer trial assembly on different type of structure,

especially on platform, plate work and certain critical connections. It is according to project requirements, Such action may happen before painting, HDG or after HDG, to ensure the every member can fit together and make sure onsite erection work go smoothly.

Surface Treatment Maorui have in-house automatic and manual

blasting facility to remove rust from steel, Blast to Sa2.5 or SP 10, with 2000M2 space only for painting activity. We are using Juton, International, Hempel or required brand of paint. Paint system: Zinc Rich Epoxy Primer, Epoxy mid coat, polyurethane top coat, DFT 150 DFT. If requires hot dip galvanize (HDG), we have our qualified vender , HDG standard following ASTM A123, AS/NZ 4680 or EN ISO 1461.

Packing As our project all go overseas, So we formed our international packing

method to fit container shipment and bulk shipment, which been proved success in the activity. Keep elements such as shipping rack, pearl wool, fumigation wood, rubber, nylon belt etc.

Loading & Shipping Our logistic term normally under FCA,FOB,

CFR and CIF, Because of this, we worked out standard loading and shipping method for international shipment, Steel can be shipped by truck, 40 ft HQ container, 40 ft open top container , container rack or bulk shipment, We have the solution and experience for all type of loading and shipping.
