The FHWA has developed several dierent approved methods or measuring and
maintaining minimum retroreectivity levels on trafc signage. O these methods,
the Calibration Signs Procedure and Comparison Panels Procedure are two o the
simplest and most efcient ways to properly manage your sign assets without incurring
unnecessary costs. Until now, commercially available calibration signs and panels
have not been available to properly carry out this test method. Through extensive
