1. Account Registration1-1.Apply for an account

【Description】Apply for a MRM account

【Method & Steps】Step 1. Enter MRM System，click on Register

Step 2. Fill in all the necessary information，then click Save

Step 3. Thermaltake employee need to logo on to WebEIP and fill out the “IT Trouble-shoot Form,” by stating “Apply for MRM account” on the topic blank section and the description of usage on the details blank section, once your account is approved by system administrator, specific authority (View/Edit/Download) will be given according to personal usage.

Note: For none Thermaltake employee, who would like to apply for a MRM account, please send the request to related contact Thermaltake employee.

2. Data Search and Download2-1. Corporate Identity

【Description】Use search function to find and download files under “Corporate Identity”

【Method & Steps】 Step1. Locate and click “Corporate Identify” on the top-left corner of the main menu

Step 2. Authority varies by user’s usage, some may have both View and Download function, and some may only have View. View – only provide the file search, file cannot be downloaded with View. To download, please select Download on the left of the menu, and follow the steps below to acquire the desire file’s download link.

Step 3. Select the Brand on first dropdown box

Step 4. After the brand selection, a new category dropdown menu will appear next to the brand selection dropdown menu, select the category of desire file where you have located when you did the search.

Step 4. After category selection, file will be listed with “download button.” Click

2-2. Product Review

【Description】Use Search function to locate Product Review data

【Method & Steps】 Step1. Select Product Review option on the main menu, located on top of the page.

Step 2. Enter your search criteria then click on the “go” button to proceed the search.

Step 3. Select Product Name to browse related review information, to acquire Product Review List please click on “Export Excel,” which can be save into users computer as excel sheet.

【Description】Use Search function to find and Download MK Materials data

【Method & Steps】 Step 1. Select the MK Material option on top of the main menu

Step 2. View or Download function is given according to the user account authority, View will provide data search only, and data cannot be downloaded. For Download, please follow the following steps to locate the file and its download link.

Step 3.Choose Brand and its categories under the dropdown box, or type in the product name to search, data will be listed in word and icon format. After locating the file click Download to save onto the personal computer, to download all related data on a specific product, click Download All, the system will automatically compress files into a package as a zip format for user to save under the personal computer.

2-4. Media Data

【Description】Use search function to locate Media Data

【Method & Step】 Step 1. Select the Media Data option on top of the main menu

Step 2. Enter the search criteria and click “Go” for the search

Step 3. Click on a specific name under the Name column to view the media information, to acquire the Media Data list simply click on “Export Excel.” The system will export the information into excel sheet to save under personal computer.

【Method & Steps】 Step 1. Click on the Press Information option on top of the main menu

Step 2. Tick on the box for specific brand press, once specific brand has been selected, click on the view option to view the press.

Editing Corporate Identity data

【Method & Steps】 Step 1. Select Corporate Identity menu on top of the main menu

Step 2. Select Edit on the side menu

Step 3. Type in the information for the file you would like to add, then click on the add button to add the file into the folder. In the absence of the category, new category can be added by fill in the new category name in the blank space.

Step 4. Deleting unwanted or misplaced file by clicking on the Delete button then confirm the deleting act.

Step 5. To edit uploaded file, simply click on the “edit” option, after amendment, please click “update” to complete the modification.

【Method & Steps】 Step 1. Select the Product Review option on top of the main menu

Step 2. Select Edit on the side menu

Step 3. Enter the search criteria then click “go” to filter the data

Step 4. By click on “add” or “edit” button to enter editing page, to delete file please click on the “delete” button and confirm the act, to view the file please click on the specific product name

Step 5. After entering the information of the adding/modify file, please click “save” to complete the adjustment. For any absence of media company information, click on the “add” button under company category to enter new Media Data page, in order to add the new media information into the data library.

3-3. MK Materials

【Description】Editing MK Materials data

【Method & Steps】Step 1. Select the MK Material on top of the main menu

Step 2. Click on the Edit option

Step 3. After selecting a specific category from the dropdown menu, the page will appear all the files which have been uploaded or maintained by the account holder. To add new file, simply fill in the require information and click on “Add”. Note: picture files can be uploaded in bulk, simple create a .zip or .7Z format (which are the only two format could be accepted by the system) to upload.

Step 4. Delete files by clicking on the “delete” button, then confirm the act.

Step 5. For any modification, please click on the “edit” button, “edit all” button can modify every file appeared on the page at once.

3-4. Media Data

【Method & Steps】Step 1. Select the Media Data option on top of the main menu

Step 2. Select the Edit option on the side menu

Step 3. Enter the search criteria of the specific file you would like to edit, then click on “add” or “edit” to enter the edit screen. To delete file, please click on the “Del” button then confirm the act.

Step 4. Once the media information is entered, please click “save” button to store the information into the library. If the company name of the media cannot be located under the dropdown menu, please click on “Add Company” to create a category for the specific media.

Step 2. Select Edit option on the side menu

Step 3.Tick on the square box next to the brand to filter press that belong to the specific brand, click on “Add” or “Edit” to enter the edit screen, for any deletion please click on “Del” and confirm the act.

Step 4.Once the information of the press is entered or modified, click on “save” to store/update it into the system

Step 5. To deliver the press, pleas enter an email address (for more than one email recipient please use “;” (semicolon) for segmentation, or select the specific media from the dropdown menu then click on “Send it out” to deliver the press via email.
