• Inspiration: Enough Inspiration

• Soft Tissue: looks Normal

• Bone: Normal, no Fracture, Lytic and Blastic lesion is not visible, Normal Trabeculation, No calcification visible

• Hemi diaphragm: left Hemidiaphragm covered by the Heart Shadow, Right hemidiaphragm covered by Opacification, Opacification also covered the costoprhenicus angle in right

• Trachea: located in the Middle

• Heart : Enlarged CTR = 65%, Apex of the Heart can not be evaluated, Normal Aorta

• Hemithorax : Homogenous Opacification is seen in laterobasal of the right hemithorax that covered right lower zone, minor fissure is visible, consolidation is visible in left lower Zone of the hemithorax

• Visualized lung : Normal

• Hilus: Fuzzy hilus covered by Opacification

• Conclusion : Pleural Effusion, Cardiomegaly

distribution generally Increases up to pelvic cavity with Fecal Materials Inside, Homogenous Ground glass Appearance in Abdominal Cavity

• Hepatic: Outline and Countour not enlarged, covered by Opacification

• Splenic: Outline and contour not enlarged

• Kidney Contour: Right kidney enlarged, left Normal, Covered by Opacification

• There is radiopaque in right paravertebral intravertebral space L2-L3

• Conclusion: susp. Urolithiasis (D) with minimal Ascites
