Bombay House:This beautiful colon ial malad-stoned architecture was bui lt in 192 4 by architect George Wittet who is also the architect of the Gatew ay of India.Bombay House houses the Senior Management o f the Tata group of companies. It’s been serving as the headquar ters of the Tatas ever sin ce the establ ishment.

Energy usage is reduced by 5,17,500 kWh/year. Considering unit price INR 15/kWh, Util ity cost saving of INR 77,62,500 per year compared to th e energy usage in 2010.

Water Saving is 50% than the baseline (IGB C) app rox. Cost saving comes to around INR 1000 per day summing up INR 3,65,000 per year .

• Solar PV cells wi ll b e instal led in off-si te location. Th er e is a plan to generate 1,00,000 kwh units per annum close to 10% of overall Energy Consumptio n per annumThe near future projected score will be 86 to 92 at IGBC EB O&M
