Programme: MBA Academic Year: 2015-2016 1. Provision of Services
(a) Party B agrees to provide Party A with the following services (Services) for the 2015-2016
academic year:
liaison with Nankai University, to ensure the smooth enrolment and programme participation of Party A;
a Pre-Departure Guide;
airport pick-up and transfer to Nankai University upon Party A’s first arrival in the PRC (subject to Party A submitting an Airport Pick-Up Form);
enrolment assistance at Nankai University;
a complimentary campus tour, campus map and Tianjin city orientation programme upon arrival at Nankai University;
multi-lingual student support and counselling regarding non-academic issues;
master classes by professionals working in China; and
24-hour emergency support. (b) In addition, Party B shall organize social events and excursions for students enrolled on the
INTO- Nankai University programmes, which may also be attended by local Chinese students. These events will be charged separately at cost.
2. Student Support Team
Party B will maintain a student services support team on the Nankai University campus, which will be responsible for providing the Services. 3. Fees (a) Party A agrees to pay to Party B full tuition and service fee (Programme Fee) for the 2015-16
academic year (please refer to statement of fees and payment schedule) The Programme Fee is payable 6 week before the programme start date and must in any case be paid before Party A departs for the PRC. Payment instructions are attached.
(b) Party B is not obligated to provide any Services to Party A until the Programme Fee has been paid. Failure to pay the full Programme Fee on time may result in Party A’s enrollment at Nankai University, and Party A’s visa for the PRC, being delayed or revoked.
(c) Party B will be responsible for paying the tuition fee portion of the Programme Fee to Nankai University on time and in full, on behalf of Party A.
(d) All fees for accommodation, Internet access and certain other items must be paid by Party A directly to Nankai University. A list of these items will be set forth in the Pre-Departure Guide provided to Party A.
4. Miscellaneous
(a) This Contract will enter into effect on the date that it has been signed by both parties below. (b) Party B may perform this Contract through its affiliates, and/or through its associated
subsidiary in the PRC. (c) Before travelling to the PRC, Party A shall purchase appropriate health insurance pursuant to
Party B’s instructions in the Pre-Departure Guide / INTO-Nankai University. (d) During Party A’s studies at Nankai Univeristy, Party A undertakes to comply at all times with
the laws of the PRC, including immigration laws and criminal laws. (e) In signing this Contract, Party A confirms that Party A has read and understood the Nankai
Univeristy Rules & Regulations for Students and the INTO-Nankai Univeristy Terms & Conditions, and agrees to adhere to both sets of rules for the duration of Party A’s enrollment at Nankai Univeristy. Party B shall accept no liability whatsoever for Party A’s failure to comply with the aforesaid rules or PRC law.
(f) This Contract is governed by Hong Kong law. Any dispute arising from this Contract which cannot be resolved by the parties through mutual consultations within 30 days shall be submitted to final and binding arbitration in Hong Kong at the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre, before a sole arbitrator in the English language.

Your travel insurance policy is governed by English law. English law will also apply prior to the conclusion of your contract of insurance.
Complaints Procedure
Endsleigh aims to provide a high level of service and pay claims fairly and promptly under the terms of
your Travel Insurance Policy. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact, in the
first instance, the person who originally dealt with your enquiry. Alternatively you can contact Endsleigh

If you remain dissatisfied you have the right to ask the Financial Ombudsman to review your case. The
Ombudsman can be contacted at the following address: The Financial Ombudsman Service, South
Quay Plaza, 183 Marsh Wall, London E14 9SR. Contacting the Ombudsman will not affect your right to
take legal action against us.
What if I change my mind?
You can cancel your policy at any time. We will refund your premium less a charge for the time you
have been insured, provided you have not travelled or your policy has not been terminated following a
claim, in which case no refund will be due. A £25 cancellation fee will be deducted from any refund due.
Financial Services Compensation Scheme
Endsleigh and your insurer are covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). You
may be entitled to compensation from the scheme if we cannot meet our obligations. Further information
about compensation scheme arrangements can be obtained from the FSCS at www.fscs.org.uk.

Important Conditions Relating to Health It is essential that you read the important conditions relating to health as failure to comply with these conditions may jeopardise your claim or cover. You must comply with the following conditions to have the full protection of your policy. It is a condition of this policy that you will not be covered for any claims arising directly or indirectly from: A. At the time of taking out this policy: 1. Any medical condition you or anyone named on the policy have or have had for which:
a) symptoms or diagnosis has occurred within the last 12 months or b) there has been a change in treatment (including medication, dosage, surgery,
tests, investigations or diet) in the last 12 months.
2. Any medical condition where you, anyone named on the policy, a close relative or a close business associate:
a) are waiting for an operation, hospital consultation (other than for regular check-ups), or other hospital treatment or investigation.
b) have, within the last 6 months, been seen by a specialist (other than for regular check-ups), had an operation or other hospital treatment or investigation.
c) have received a terminal prognosis. d) have not had a diagnosis.
3. Any circumstances you are aware of that could reasonably be expected to give rise to a claim on this policy. B. At any time: 1. Any medical condition you or anyone named on the policy have in respect of which you are travelling against medical advice or for which you are travelling to obtain medical treatment abroad. 2. Any medical condition for which you or anyone named on the policy are not taking the recommended treatment or prescribed medication as directed by a medical practitioner. 3. Travel against any health requirements stipulated by the carrier, their handling agents or other Public Transport provider. You must provide correct and complete information. Otherwise, your insurance cover may not protect you in the event of a claim.
