BUILDING PLAN SUSTAINABLE ELEMENTS & OPTIONS
Floor 1
Floor 2
Floor 3Raingardens: Improve water infiltration on site and provide a low-maintenance, lush natural landscape
Alternative Energy: A south-facing building lends itself well to solar panel use, and passive ventilation should be considered.
Sustainable Building Materials: Sourcing recycled building materials can lower the buildings’ environmental impact. For example, precast concrete panels can be sourced from an existing building that is being demolished, and they provide a variety of environmentally-friendly benefits.
