idly with the bedroom. The entire design affords a pleasant, serene

feeling, a combination of quite elegance and refined minimalism.

ments of a mountain chalet. It is the synthesis of a project where

modernity and tradition are elegantly merged in order to harmo-

niously dialogue with the environment.

Ambienti riscaldati dalle avvolgenti tonalità del legno vestono gli

interni. La cucina/living, punto focale della casa, ospita il comodo

divano, su cui rilassarsi dopo una giornata trascorsa sulle piste da

sci. Nella zona notte regna ancora il calore del legno trattato con

forme piene e avvolgenti. Un progetto forte, che sfiora leggero luo-

ghi senza tempo.

The warm hues of wood make for very inviting rooms. The kitchen/

living room is the heart of the home. It features a comfortable desi-

gner divan, and is the ideal place to relax in after a day of skiing on

the slopes. The warmth of wood features also in the bedroom; the

material has been treated by using solid and surrounding shapes.

Cubica con tetto piano a due livelli, con vetrate ampie nel living e

fori di misura nelle camere. Il mood di Belville è incentrato sulla

matericità grezza dell’intonaco chiaro delle superfici esterne e degli

infissi profilati in metallo. Le ampie vetrate fanno in modo che la

bellezza dell’esterno possa fluire anche all’interno della casa. Tutto

è inondato di luce.

Cube shape, flat roof, spacious glass panes for the living room, and

compact windows for the bedrooms. The character of an Belvil-

le home is given by the rough-cast light-coloured exterior surfaces

and window and door frames in steel. The spacious glass panes re-

flect the beauty of the surroundings onto the inside. Everything is

flooded with light.

Trasporto e installazione

La casa mobile arriva in loco già completamente allestita, una volta posizio-

nata necessita soltanto dell’allacciamento alla rete elettrica, fognaria, idrica

ed è da subito abitabile. Il posizionamento è semplice poiché la casa è provvi-

sta di ruote e di speciali perni per il sollevamento con autogru.

Costi contenuti e risparmio energetico

Le case Movit consentono un abbattimento dei costi di edificazione (30% in

meno rispetto ad una casa costruita con modalità tradizionali), alta efficien-

za energetica e risparmio sulle spese di riscaldamento e condizionamento.

Permettono, inoltre, un utilizzo annuale e non più soltanto stagionale, con

un ammortamento dell’investimento nel breve periodo.

Casa accessibile

Movit può essere progettata e allestita ponendo una particolare attenzione

alle persone diversamente abili.

Isolamento termico ed acustico

Il legno è un eccellente isolante naturale, capace di preservare a lungo un

tasso di temperatura e umidità ottimale all’interno della casa, e un buon gra-

do di fono assorbenza, indipendentemente dalle condizioni esterne. La strut-

tura di Movit è, inoltre, adatta a temperature che spaziano da +35 gradi fino a

-20 gradi e a supportare un carico neve aggiuntivo di 350 kg/mq. È, pertanto,

indicata anche per le zone alpine.

Modelli

Tutti i modelli delle case Movit sono realizzabili in diversi materiali e finiture

esterne. La disposizione degli spazi interni è modificabile a seconda delle

esigenze d’uso del cliente così come la tipologia, le finiture ed i colori dell’ar-

redo. Materiali, scelte cromatiche e tipologia di copertura (piana o a falde,

calpestabile o no) sono comunque consigliate in sintonia con l’ambiente in

cui vengono inserite e con le relative condizioni climatiche.

Transport and installation

The mobile home arrives on-site fully fitted out. Once positioned, it only re-

quires connection up to the electrical grid, sewers and water supply and it is

ready to live in. Positioning is simple as the house is fitted with wheels and

special pins for crane lifting.

Reasonably priced and energy-saving

Movit homes allow for a reduction in building costs (30% less than a house

built using traditional means), high energy efficiency and savings on heating

and air conditioning costs.

They also allow for all-round use, no longer just seasonal, thereby amortising

the investment in the short-term.

Accessible home

Movit can be designed and fitted out paying special attention

to the disabled.

Thermal and acoustic insulationf

Wood is an excellent natural insulator, able to preserve optimal temperature

and humidity levels inside the home for a long time. It also boasts a good level

of acoustic insulation, regardless of external conditions. Movit structures are

perfectly suitable for temperatures ranging from +35 degrees down to -20

degrees and can withstand an additional snow load of 350 kg/m². They are

therefore also recommended for Alpine areas.

Models

All models of Movit homes can be developed in different external finishes and

materials. The layout of the interior can be adjusted to suit the customer’s

needs, as can the type, finishes and colours of the furnishing. Materials, co-

lour choices and roofing types (flat or sloping, designed for terrace use or

otherwise) are in any case recommended to blend in with the environment in

which the home is to be used and the relevant weather conditions.
