- In the previous graphic you saw the process of motivation. Now we will take a look at the first step of this process (the needs). Here is the first question that you have to ask to yourself.

- What are my customer needs ?- What are my rep needs ?- What are my own needs ? - What are the organisation needs ?

- To find the more accurate answers, you must ask your prospect (rep=customer=you)

To understand the needs properly and find out when and how to react on the needs, we have to understand this sentence:

When a need become active, the person will try to satisfy this need

and the environment will have a big role in the process.

Example: you walk in the street and you smell the good perfume of food, automatically you will be hungry.
