INTRODUCTION

Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics (CAPMAS) is the main source of supply of all state agencies , international bodies and organizations with data and official statistics and reports that contribute to the planning, development and decision-making work.

CAPMAS is also committed to the fundamental principles of official statistics for the Statistical Commission of the United Nations for the production of statistical data on the scientific basis of international standards.
