Sub: AR Wing - Conduct of coaching classes to the Scheduled CasteEmployees of this Administration who appear for the AccountsTest(Higher) Examination - Intimated - Reg.

It is informed that, as approved by the Chief Secretary to Government, it is

proposed to conduct 5 days coaching classes on "Accounts Test (Higher)" to the

Scheduled Caste employees of this Administration in the Training Hall, Directorate

of Economics 8s Statistics, Revenue Complex, Saram, Puducherry. The coaching

classes for the 3rd Batch is scheduled to be held from 25.02.2019 to 01.03.2019.

2.The Officials mentioned in the "Annexure" to this Memorandum, are

nominated for the 3rd Batch of the said coaching classes. The coaching classes will

be conducted, on both sessions (Forenoon and Afternoon). Hence, they are directed

to attend the full day training, without fail. The period of coaching classes shall be

treated as "On duty" under FR 9 (6) (b) (i).

3.The Head of Departments/ Head of Offices concerned are, therefore

requested to relieve their official(s) to attend the coaching classes on the above said

period.

4.The candidates should report at 8.45 A.M. on 25.02.2019 (Monday) at the

above venue, with the relieving order issued by the Head of Departments/Head of

Offices concerned.
