Mosquitoes, Wetlands and Wildlife: Managing public health risks
Managing the threats of mosquito-borne disease in Australia requires an understanding of mosquito populations as well as their associations with local wetlands and wildlife. Urban planning can play a role too in exposing the community to increased mosquito risk and predisposing urban environments to the introduction of exotic mosquitoes.
