Our youngest students in kinder have done an amazing job adapng to ‘Big School’ and it has been wonderful to have school events that can be aended by families and the community. Term 2 will be busy with the recommencement of choir, vising student performance— Backflips Against Bullying, school ANZAC ceremony and town march, Check In Assessments, NAPLAN, PSSA Sporng Carnivals and excursions. There will be other things too, aſter 2020 it is nice to have lots of opportunies for our students. Tonight will see our P&C meet in the 3-6 staffroom at 7pm. There is access to aend via Zoom as well. Families play an essenal role in the educaon process of our school and the P&C provides a vehicle for this to take place. Our K-6 Easter Hat parade will take place this Thursday at 12pm. Families are invited to join us for the parade, assembly (K-2 Undercover area) and even have lunch with your child. When entering the school grounds we do ask families to sign in using the QR code and register that will be provided. Please maintain social distancing at all mes. On behalf of our school I would like to sincerely thank our school community who have been absolutely amazing during the term responding to the changing circumstances and guidelines. Donations can be left at the K-2 and 3-6 office. Tickets will go on sale from today. Raffle tickets $1 each or 3 for $2. Guessing Competition 50c each or 3 for a $1. Medication and Health Conditions
If your child has a health condition and receives support at school requiring medication such as Ventolin for Asthma or other health conditions, you may have received a letter indicating that the medication or plan is out of date. Please ensure the school has updated plans and medication if needed, especially as we enter the cooler months. Please keep the school informed if your child’s health condition and / or treatments change. If your child is required to carry their own medication please advise the school so staff are aware and arrangements and support can be confirmed.
