Updated design of outdoor units and evaporators.
In the 2018/19 season, the design of external unit evaporators, which includes a dual APS coo-lant subcooling system, was slightly upgraded. This reduces the drainage time of the condensate after the defrosting and hence the total defrosting time. Likewise, on outdoor units up to 16 kW,the fan diameter was increased from 500 mm to 630 mm. This has resulted in a signifcant reduc-tion in the noise of outdoor units. In addition, the front of the fan is protected by a front cover that also helps to reduce the sound emission.
SHR Heat Pumps for heat recovery applications.SHR - Super Heat Recovery is a new class of heat pumps designed around new series of heatpump scroll compressors. These compressors provide wide application range and extend theoperating envelope of the temperatures on source side. This enables the heat pump to use sour-ce even with temperatures up to 45ºC directly which helps to reach high fow temperatures of upto 82ºC with high COP numbers.In this catalog, we are introducing 3 products lines of SHR Units. WW SHR with single compres-sor. TWW SHR with two compressor in tandem and the WW HeavyDuty line of 5 modules to fe-xible design a high capacity industrial unit to your needs.
Hybrid HeavyDuty heat pumpsThe HeavyDuty variant of the modules allows any combination of modules. From 08/2018 additi-onal modules of air-water heat pumps will be available.In the catalog you will fnd a matrix how the assembly of the modules is made. This facilitates thedimensioning of the heat pump.
We have added certifcates for heat pumps BW / WW without EVI system with R410a and TWWSHR for heat recovery. Performance tests taken at WPZ Buchs CH showed very good results.COP of up to 4.9 at B0/W35 and COP up to 6,3 at W10/W35. This marks the completion oftransfer to R410a for brine - water and water - water heat pumps.
Heat pump with up to ca. 30 kW of heating capacity have Asymmetrical heat exchanger build in.This results in larger heat transfer surfaces and better temperature approach to condensing orevaporating temperatures of working liquids such as water or brine towards refrigerant. In additi-on to that, this design of heat exchangers helps to reduce the pressure drop on water / brine sideof up to 50% less. Furthermore reduces this design the total flling of refrigerant in the heat pumpsystem.
Duo BLOCK / Trio BLOCKThe air - water TrioBLOCK design has been reintroduced again after customer requests. Diffe-rence in new BLOCK design is that the heat pump is on top of boiler or buffer tank. This simplifesthe installation and maintenance of the heat pump system as a whole.Similar to the indoor units, the main boards are here as well 100% separated from one anotherwith Sylomers.
TOSYMO VPN StationComplementing the well know and reliable function of providing VPN tunnel connection to theheat pump's Web Server a function of data collection was added into the VPN Station. Heatpump data can be continuously collected each 10s and displayed on any device with internetbrowser on local network or over VPN. This helps to optimise the operation of the heat pumpright from the start.

Requirements for remote maintenance
Heat pump must be fully hydraulically connected to the heating system. The heating system must befushed, flled with previously treated water for heating purposes and vented.Electrical connections must be wired up to the heat pump and be connected according to the wiringdiagram.All plants actuators (pumps, mixer drives, switches..) and temperature sensors must also be connectedto the control.Main supply must be protected and connected.In air - water heat pumps Split variant, the refrigeration installation must be completed to link betweenindoor and outdoor unit. General terms and conditions of businessApplicationThese conditions regard all sales contracts stipulated between WAMAK, s.r.o. SK ( vendor ) and buyer, and annul any previous contrasting conditions set down by the buyer. Not fulfllment of one or more of these conditions, for any reason,will not efect the validity and efectiveness of the other conditions. These conditions must be accepted fully and unconditionally and be specifcally approved with reference to the order, except on written agreement signed by the vendor.
Ofers and ordersOfers made by the vendor, both verbal and written, are not considered as binding. Orders taken by the vendor are only intended as valid after they have been confrmed in writing. Orders taken by our representatives are only valid with ouracceptance or confrmation,except on written agreement signed by the vendor. Data, measurements, articles, prices, characteristics, performance and all other data included in our catalogues, price lists, prospectuses, circulars, etc. are in -dicative; they may vary without forewarning and are only binding for us when an express indication of acceptance or confrmation of that particular data has been made. Any drawing or technical document relating to the vendor’s products,even if returned to the client, remain the vendor’s exclusive property and the client cannot use, copy, reproduce, transmit or communicate to third parties, without previous written authorization.
PricesPrices appearing in the price list are intended as “goods packed according to standard internal procedures” and packaging or means of protection provided to avoid damage or deterioration to materials in normal transit conditions, are in -voiced at cost price and may not be returned. Any special or personalized packaging will be carried out on request. Prices in force at the moment of delivery will be applied: intended for goods within the limit of the vendor’s available stock.Prices are calculated on the basis of the cost of raw materials, material components, cost of labour: in the presence of variations, the prices may undergo modifcations without obligation of forewarning.
DeliveryDelivery terms which appear in the ofer and order confrmation are purely indicative and are not binding for the vendor. The vendor is, under no circumstances, bound to reimburse the buyer for direct or indirect damage due to late deliveryor due to total or partial interruption of supply. The buyer cannot cancel the order, in whole or in part, because of unfulflled delivery terms. TransportGoods travel at the risk of the addressee, in so much that they are considered as sold in the factory, unless other written indications exist. goods are never insured by us for transport, unless expressly requested in writing by the client whowill be responsible for the charge. As our packaging is carried out in a professional way, if goods are damaged in transit, claims for reimbursement must be made to the transport company. Tests are carried out in the factory during normalworking hours, according to the systems used in the sector industry; these tests may be carried out at the installation site only with our express authorization and after written notifcation of the testing date being given in advance. All testscarried out on the initiative of the client are not considered valid for us, if not carried out in the presence of our technician.
PaymentPayment is to be made to the vendor’s bank account stated on issued documents, whatever the established price. Payment is due according to the agreed terms even in the case of delayed delivery, damage to goods in transit or partial ortotal loss in transit, as well as in the case in when the goods are to be transported by the buyer, and will remain uncollected. All payments must be made in Euro. Bills of exchange or other agreed methods of payment do not result in modif -cations or derogations of this norm. In the case of extended payment, the unfulfllment of an expiry date will result in automatic forfeiture of the payment method, the request for immediate payment of the entire sum, the start of overdue inte -rest and of monetary revaluation according to the EU index.
Order suspension and cancelationIf one of the sales conditions is not respected, even only in part, or when there is a variation, of any kind, in the commercial capacity of the buyer, the vendor has the right to suspend any further deliveries. Independent of the above circum -stance, the vendor has the right to reduce his credit limits towards the buyer ( if such exist )whenever the general market conditions vary or whenever facts or circumstances intervene of such a nature as to infuence the normal working ofthe buyer’s activity.
GuaranteeOur guarantee is limited to the replacement of the faulty or damaged component, never the whole heat pump, which must frst be returned, and eventual costs, damages, interest or compensation of any kind are excluded. In any situation,following claims made by the client within the maximum term of 24 months from the issue of the invoice, our products having been recognized by us as defective can be only replaced by us or our certifed partner. However, our responsibili -ty is limited to defects which manifest themselves in normal working conditions and during correct use of our products. The guarantee does not apply if the buyer has not paid the supplier, if products or their identifcation data has beentampered with or modifed, if the use and/or installation of the products do not conform to the instructions and characteristics on the data sheets, if the products have not undergone regular and correct maintenance. The parts subject tonormal deterioration due to wear are not included in the guarantee. Claims and disputesThe vendor must be contacted in written letter about any claims or disputes regarding the quality or type of goods supplied, within seven days from the buyer’s receipt of the goods. Claims regarding quality may not be made unless the goods in question have been paid for.Following operations are exempted from the guarantee claims as well as from payment reclaims: - Controller settings and optimization of parameters in the controller - Expansion valve settings and corrections for optimization of heat pump performance - Replacement of inside plate heat exchanger as a result of physical damage of this exchanger * Plate heat exchanger is in any case excluded from guarantee claims - Additional flling of refrigerant or reflling of full refrigerant volume, as well as replacement of flter
Vendor takes no responsibility for working fuid leakage or loss during the transport. Before the frst startup of a WAMAK Heat Pump system, it is necessary to double check the tightness of all threaded connection on the refrigerant side /Rotallock valves on the Scroll compressor, refrigerant storage tank and others / as well as on all threaded connections on the hydraulic side.Vendor ofers service costs refunds based on the table below. Prices include transport and work, faulty component will be supplied by the vendor. Disputes and arbitrationThe Parties shall take all steps to resolve all disputes and disagreements which could arise based on an existing Contract or in relation to it amicably by negotiation. Where the parties are unable to reach an agreement, all disputes arisingfrom this contract and in relation to it shall be resolved according to the law of the Slovak Republic in Slovak language with defnitive force at the Court of Arbitration of the Chamber of Commerce of the Slovak Republic. The award of thecourt is defnitive and binding for both parties, which are obliged to respect it.
