TapOrders/TapWorkflowNewFeaturesNewTemplatesforProductForms,TaskForms,andOrderFormsTapOrdersformsarehighlyconfigurableformbuildersthatcanbeusedandconfiguredforOrderForms,Productentryforms,andTaskentryforms.Theseformscanbetailoredtomatchaclient’sexistingformsorprocesses.ThisprojectintroducestheideaofTemplatesforcommonlyusedformtypes.Thesetemplatesalsoprovideforstandardizedentryformstosupportout-of-the-box/instantonpushconnectionstoDFP,ApexChatandDataDynamix.Templatesspeedaclient’sabilitytogettheFullMarketingOperationsPlatformupandrunningforcommonusecases.Templateformscanbeusedandthenmodifiedandextendedtosupportaspecificclient’simplementation.ThiswillmakedeploymentofTapOrders/TapWorkflowmucheasierandfaster.AccesstheformtemplatesbynavigatingtotheProductsareaoftheleftnavigationandclickthe“CreateFormFromTemplate”button.

NowselectthetypeofTemplatetobeusedforthatform-Order,TaskorProduct.Onceyou’veselectedtheitemyouwanttouseforthetemplate,youcancreatethenewelementsbyaddingthenameandselectingfromtheavailabletemplates.

ThiswillcreateanewproductbasedonthedefinitionofthestoredTemplate.

NewAbilitytoScheduleCSVReportsfromTapOrders/TapWorkflowDataTapOrdersandTapWorkflowhavelongallowedforconfigurableCSVextractsofdataviatheReportingtoolintheOrderstool.Theseextractsareusedforanalysis,integrationtobillingsystems,orotherreconciliationactivitiesandcanbesavedasre-usabletemplates.Withthisrelease,wealsoallowuserstoscheduletheseextracttemplatesviatheScheduledReportssectionoftheReportstool.UserscannowautomaticallydeliverextractstoasetofemailaddressesasaCSVattachment.ReportsandextractscanbepowerfultoolsthattakeadvantageofthedepthandbreadthofinformationavailableinthefullTapClicksMarketingOperationsPlatform.Thisreleaseincludesincreasedautomationofextractstohelpyouusethemmoreefficiently.StepstoSetup:1.WithintheReportingtaboftheOrderssectionofthedashboard,createareporttemplatewithinbyselectingthedesiredcolumns,filters,andthenclickSaveTemplate.

2.WithintheReportingtaboftheReportstool,navigatetotheScheduledreportspage,thensetupaScheduledreportbyselectingthe“TapOrdersReport-<TemplateName>”thatyousaved,alongwiththedeliveryfrequency(day,week,month)anddesignatedrecipients.

Onthetimeframerequested,thisreportwillrunanddistributeautomaticallytotherecipientviaemail.

Importantnote:Withthisrelease,thereisnoneedtofillintheClientandClientGroupsectionsontheScheduledReportspageastheywillbeignoredtofacilitatetheextractsreports.

DFPImprovement:OrderIDsfromorderscreatedareavailableWhenusingtheDFPPushintegration,theTapWorkflowsystemautomaticallycreatesnewordersinDFPbasedonwhatwasorderedinTapOrders.Withthisrelease,theOrderIDcreatedinDFPwillalsobedisplayedontheTapOrderslineitemfortroubleshooting.ThismakesitmucheasierforausertofindtheorderthatwassentovertoDFPandmakeitlive,removingstepsintheprocess.Productformscanbeconfiguredtoincludetheread-onlyfieldfortheDFPOrderID.Thenwhenauserreviewsthelineitemortasksassociatedwiththelineitem,theycaneasilyseetheorderIDfromDFP. We’veimprovedthecontentlayoutforTableGridwidgets.Ifyouhaveacolumnwherethecontentisverylong(fieldslikePostContentorPageTitle),itwillnowautomaticallywraptofitnicelywithinthewidget.ProTip:Ifyou’redisplayinglotsofmetricsintheTableGrid,youmaystillseescrollbars.UsetheMove/ResizefeaturetoincreaseyourwidgetsizeortheWidgetDrawoptiontocustomizehowyou’dliketodisplayoverflowingcolumns.

• PieCharts:Excludesmallpieslicesorgroupas“Other”

We’veimprovedthecustomizationofpiecharts,andnowyoucanremovesmallwedgesthatarenegligibleandtakeawayfromtheimportantmetrics.Youcannowcustomizethewedgesandlabelsbyusingthe“Otherslice%”andthe“HideLabel%”intheWidgetDrawOptionsforyourpiecharts.
