Tasting Notes
A wine of dense colour with green and yellow tones. The nose
is intense and complex, with a base of fleshy fruit like white
peach, citric aromas and touches of anise. The palate entry
is broad, abundant and full, with a good presence of fruit,
which allows it to accompany dishes of certain richness.

Tasting Notes Bright, luminous wine of medium robe, with an intense
aroma of red fruits subtly covered by flower petals, In the
mouth it presents us agile and fresh flavours, with tannins
present but not strident, making it easy to drink.

Tasting Notes
It has a great intensity of color, light and bright. The aroma
is intense with a base of ripe fruits such as plum, which is
accompanied by notes of licorice. The entry into the mouth
it is fresh, with some power. It cames over and very complex
red fruit flavors, tones of licorice, underbrush and a few points
of minerals on the finish.

Nicolau, with an extension of 0,1742 Ha and exceptional quality, due the
vines were planted in 1880, pre-phylloxera plague, mostly with ungrafted black
picapoll, minority variety in Montsant D.O., wich gives a very special rarity.

Tasting Notes Brightly colored light. Peculiar aromas with floral hints as lilacs and a
background of red berries such as pomegranate and wild strawberries.
The mouth is like a fresh fruit juice, has a special and unique tannins.
It’s like drinking the sap through the trunk of the strains. It is both an
emotional came after about 20 seconds after the entry into de mouth
the wine than the palate and velvety like a waterfall up to the brain and
wraps it all, caresses and seduces him.

Winery description and history: La Colección de Vinos is an idea in Lorenzo’s Baz head, who, though his experience in the wine world and commerces, creates the commercial arm of a whole framework of vineyards and cellars. In the best areas in D.O. Rueda, in the area of Nava del Rey and througout 60 hectares, we have our white grape vineyards to produce our Oter de Cillas. The varieties are Verdejo and Sauvignon Blanc and the ages go from 15 to 20 years. It have advanced technology that allows them to produce wine through “cold maceration” wich offers great advantages in preserving the wine’s primary aromas. We have to bear in mind that these aromas are the mosta appreciated in whte wines.
Apellation of Origin: Rueda D.O.Varieties: 90 % Verdejo and 10 % ViuraBottling production: 600.000Age of the vineyard: vines over 15 years old% Alcohol: 13º
* Philosophy: Reception at the winery and light pressing to extract the must. Low temperature fermentation during 18 days.
Ageing: without ageing
Tasting Notes Colour: Greenish straw yellow, very attractive and crystalline.
Nose: powerful aroma with high intensity, where there
are aniseed and herbaceous aromas, characteristic of
the verdejo variety. and the presence of white fruit as
pear and apple characteristic of the viura variety. Mouth:
elegant, fruity, where exotic notes reappear, with a spicy
touch provided by the small residue of carbonic, which
provided freshness.

In homage to this moment, its name.The origin of the grape is one of the best and oldest vines in Pinos Claros, along with other controlled vines from the Quintanilla or Peñafiel areas. Our character is elegant and aims at refined, subtle wines, a luxury for the palate.

fresh wine, fun, cheerful, uninhibited. To taste, and above
all, to enjoy it. In developing red Muñarrate, we selected
our younger vines of Tempranillo that we provide the best
characteristics for this type of wine.We have also worked
in the winery that fresh thinking, so we fermented at low
temperatures and short maceration.
Tasting Notes
Color: We appreciate the visual phase intense violet color
with cardinal edging. Nose: We discovered the explosion of
fruits like raspberry, strawberry acid, blackberries, with some
hints of licorice so characteristic of the variety Tempranillo.
Palate: It invades the freshness, mouth full of berries and soft
needle through so characteristic that the wine leaves a nice
feeling and balanced.

Tasting NotesAt the beginning, when you taste this crianza of Solabal
you find a strong and well structured wine, then, it is easy
drinking because there is a perfect balance between
acidity and alcohol where they surprise us again with its
hints of fruit and wood by nasal via. This wine has a deep
cherry red and purple colors, it smells to red and black fruits,
spice and toffee hints, toasted wood and mint.
Finally the wine shows a variety of aroms wihch came
from the grape skins, but also from the oak barrel in which
the wine is aged

*Philosophy: When we talk about Esculle de Solabal, we talk about
tradition, quality, honesty, La Rioja, terroir, originality, the grape... in others
words, in a way of understand the life. But also Esculle talks about
Tempranillo, grape’s selction, “trasnocho”, French oak, power, carbonic
maceration, Sierra Cantabria and concentration. The wine has been
elaborated by the carbonic maceration method. For the Esculle we only
employ the “repiso” wine, this is the wine that we get after we drain the tank
for the first time. Esculle is the wine which comes from the own pression of
the grapes, and during a night stars to “ E s c u l l i r “ or drain the tank by
gravity.

*Philosophy: We have wanted elaborate this wine using only the oldest plant whose roots are located in the deepest of Sierra Cantabria and they have shown the best of rioja terroir transforming this wine, aging in the best new french barrels, given and elegant, strong and concentrate wine with a velvet and soft tannins which invite you to enjoy it ..... In the fermentation, the grapes enter at winery to 18 Cº, then we freeze them until to 16 Cº then, we keep them with the same temperature during 5 days. After this, the fermentation starts by the wild yeasts. Finally, fermentation extends ,the maceration with soft pumps daily during 12 days. This kind of fermentation is made in new French oak barrels.
Tasting Notes Tasting notes: Body cherry, bright garnet rim. High layer. Is intense and deep with good definition and character from the beginning we speaks of a modern style Rioja. Fresh berries, absolute protagonist of the set. Accompany roasted spicy, soothing presence that lightens good nose and a floral background provided by the dimension of a perfume. In mouth, good structure that is based on fruit, silky in its path, tannin pronounced, something blotter - nice - fresh aftertaste very correct acidity. Long persistance.

the Sáenz Álvarez vital project at their hometown, Entrena,
in the middle of the Rioja Alavesa. They are farmers and
vine growers for more than 100 years, and have been
making their wine during more than 40 years. Almost 20

plots in different sort of terroirs.

* Philosophy: the grapes were hand-picked in the vineyard.
The vines are trained in the traditional bush style. Harvest took
place from the 29th to 30th September 2009. After collection,
the grapes were kept in a refrigerated vault at a temperature
of 2º for 24 hours. Skin maceration of 24 more hours after
de-stemmed. Fermentation was carried out very slowly and
gently in a 75 hl French oak tank at a temperature of 14º
C to 16º C for a period of 15 days. After fermentation the
wine spent 6 months on its lees, wich naturally helped the
stabilizing process.
Ageing: 6 months on its lees
Tasting noteThe wine is straw coloured with aromas of mature white fruits
such as banana and pinneaple The mouth feel is creamy
and full-bodied with crisp acidity. The finishing is long and
persistent as a result of the lees ageing.

The vines are trained in the traditional bush style. Harvest took
place between 13th to 17th October 2008. Fermentation
took place in French oak vats of 75hl and stainless tankss
of 100 hl. After pre-maceration at 10º C and then alcoholic
fermentation at 26-28º C for 7 days, during wich time,
the wine was stirred periodically to maximize the extraction
of colour and tanns wich give the wine structure.
Before racking the wine, it underwent a further week
of skin maceration.
Ageing: 13 months in 100 % new French oak barrels and
six months in the bottle before to be releasd in the market.
Tasting NoteBeautiful ruby red colour. It expresses sweet and ripe
redberries and smooth cherrys in the nose, together with
elegant hints of caramel, leather and spices: cinnamon,
cocoa and pepper. In the mouth is delicate and smooth,
with beautiful freshnes. This gives this wine its elegance
and balance. Medium body with aromatic and beautiful
aftertaste.
