The con t rac to r ' s only a c t i v i t y was i n the co r rec t ion of d e f i c i e n c i e s

i n the Secondary Road. Last November 1 7 , 1982, a j o in t insqec t ion

was conducted by r e ~ r e s e n t a t i v e s of the consul tan t , con t r ac to r ,

PMO, USAID, BRBDP and the Provinc ia l Government of Camarines Sur.

* Percent Accomqlished is 74.83136% i f Change Order No. 4

i s taken i n t o considerat ion. Change Order No. 4 involves

an amount of P2,118,890.00 f o r the concret ing of t h e

f i r s t 2 ki lometers of the Secondary Road.

major a c t i v i t i e s . Minimal i n t e r f e r e n c e was encoun te red d u r i n g t h e

month b u t t h e ARM Const . 6 Dev. Coro. was a b l e t o comnle te t h e

o r o j e c t and had 4" i n s n e c t e d f o r a c c e ~ t a n c e by t h e d i f f e r e n t

a g e n c i e s concerned lest December 17, 1982.
