Between April 2014 and August 2015 I was Executive Creative Director, reporting directly to the CEO.
I was responsible for:Repositioning and rebranding. Producing marketing content for Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East.Applying creative methods to solve strategic and operational issues, Online B2B marketing initiatives that produced new leads, more than doubled the number of followers, and enhanced site traffic by over 400%.

In the spring of 2011 I had worked with Upstream Senior VP of Innovation Guy Krief, to creatively solve the problem of sorting through 10,000 job applications for the position of Campaign Manager.
We devised an online test that would screen applicants and rank them according to a set of gamified challenges that would reveal a contestant’s relevant skills.
We called it the Upstream Challenge.
