THINK ABOUT...

Today we will be watching a 10 minute daily calm video.

Mindfulness is like exercise for the brain. Meditation is a breath practice. Mindfully paying attention to the breath cultivates self-awareness and the ability to sustain

focus.

Think about how it made you feel?

Did you feel like you were floating?

Did it clear your mind?
