Stage 1Vacancy verification for any project in any location. Simple contact with your dedicated account manager. Brief conversation with account manager to identify key areas required for the role.

Stage 6With any new role there are challenges but we take away the whole stress by managing relocation, travel, immigration, health assessments and permits were needed. Monarch Energy will handle the whole process.

Stage 2Review all the requirements for the role and

account manager will allocate to team best positioned to source. Then we will narrow down the target

audience and approach to gauge interest.

Stage 3Upon creating

a shortlist of interested

candidates we will select the best 3 and present the

CVs of to you for review.

Stage 5Review the candidates interview and the compatibility to the role and the business. If there is an offer it moves to Stage 6 if not then back to stage 4 or 3 if the criteria needs to change.

Stage 4Upon review of our

presented candidates the next step is to set up interviews. We can make arrangements for

interviews to be conducted via face to face meeting, video conference or telephone.

Case Study

Monarch Energy were invited to tender to provide personnel for a drilling campaign in block 23, offshore Turkmenistan with the German operating company, RWE.

Requirements:

• HPHT – H2S – Offshore with Local Experience• 8 Personnel, 4 back to back crews, 24 Hour drilling• Visa Management• Local Pay Rolling • Total Budget Management• Local Tax Payments• Logistical support• Full Medical Care

Monarch competed with 10 other well recognised staffing agencies. Based on both cost and accuracy, Monarch Energy were awarded the contract and fulfilled the obligations of this order.

Testimonial:Monarch Energy were invited to tender by RWE for a drilling campaign we were going to conduct in Turkmenistan of which I was assigned as contracts manager. Their bid was the most attractive and subsequently Monarch was awarded the contract. The contract obligations were to provide all the manpower, logistical support and immigration and payroll. Monarch fulfilled this contract for 17 months with no hick ups what so ever.
