The defendant in this case, Mohamed Mohamed Noor, is charged with second-degree murder, third—

degree murder, and second-degree manslaughter for causing the death of Justine Ruszczyk on July

15, 2017, in South Minneapolis, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Mr. Noor has pled not guilty and is

presumed to be innocent 0f each of these charges unless and until he has been proven guilty beyond a

reasonable doubt in this trial.
