Rapidly developing suburban land use Commercial on north side Residential / mixed-use on south side

Currently STOP control at both minor road approachesHeavy through volumes on arterial45 mph posted speed – higher operating speeds

Residents and businesses are complaining about delay waiting to turn out from minor roads – they want a signal!
