About Our Product:
Armor Lock can be used with nearly all carpet tile backings. This clip is designed to be used as a glueless alternative in carpet tile installation. The removal of full spread adhesive from the installation process includes benefits such as time saved on installation as well as the ease of future installations. The benefit of not using full spread adhesive in your current installation is that there is no adhesive to remove or abate in future installations. A glueless installation also removes the time spent on waiting for adhesive to flash or dry. The use of the Armor Lock Carpet Tile clip makes the products used easier to recycle upon replacement by eliminating adhesive residue from the carpet tile. The Armor Lock Carpet Clip is 100% recyclable. The use of the Armor Lock Carpet Clip will allow the end user to achieve a floating floor installation.

Why Antron®?• Features exceptional soil resistance and appearance retention, for long-lasting performance and good looks
• A high-performance fiber that is resistant to crushing and matting, stain permeability and heat, thanks to type 6,6 nylon
• Certified as an Environmentally Preferable Product3 by SCS Global Services
Any Way You Slice It...Let’s face it: dirt and grime are inevitable. That’s why Antron® carpet fiber has a hollow filament shape which is the key to diffusing light and hiding soil better between cleanings. Plus, its shape is strong, grooveless and cleans great.
6,6 Degrees of Separation (TYPE 6,6 NYLON POLYMER)
Key Benefits: Type 6,6 nylon polymer has a tighter, more dense molecular structure with on average stronger, shorter hydrogen bonds than type 6 nylon.
The stronger the hydrogen bonds, the more heat or mechanical energy required to break them. With a more ordered structure and stronger hydrogen bonding, carpets of type 6,6 nylon when compared to carpets of type 6 nylon will have:
• Better texture retention or resistance to matting and crushing and greater resilience/recovery after compression
• Higher melting point (over 40°C higher) for a substantially greater safety margin for recovery from contact with hot objects
• Lower permeability and therefore stains will diffuse more slowly into type 6,6 nylon so there is more time to clean up a spill before it becomes a stain

The natural characteristics of geometric or linear patterns in carpet tile can result in double-dark or double-light lines at the seam and to some degree a pattern run-off or bias. This is not a manufacturing defect. These characteristics should always be taken into consideration when choosing the installation method of a modular carpet. While select styles are offered in both modular and broadloom formats, they are not an exact match since the equipment used in the manufacturing of both patterns are entirely different. Product image colours may vary due to print processes and monitor display settings. To ensure that the installation meets the manufacturers requirements please note that Kraus Premium Adhesive is the recommended and required adhesive for this product. Failure to use this adhesive may void any warranty related claims. Please see installation instructions for full details. See krausflooring.com for latest specifications.

Stain Proof – No Exceptions™
Commercial Wear Backing Performance
The natural characteristics of geometric or linear patterns in carpet tile can result in double-dark or double-light lines at the seam and to some degree a pattern run-off or bias. This is not a manufacturing defect. These characteristics should always be taken into consideration when choosing the installation method of a modular carpet. While select styles are offered in both modular and broadloom formats, they are not an exact match since the equipment used in the manufacturing of both patterns are entirely different. Product image colours may vary due to print processes and monitor display settings. Refer to krausflooring.com for the most current specifications.
WearOur carpet is guaranteed to withstand the wear and tear of daily life. Built to perform, Kraus carpet offers strength from face fiber to secondary backing.
