INTRODUCTION

Since our inception at Ajman Industrial Area, UAE in 1974, we have amassed a wealth of experience in dealing with local as well as international customers. Late Mr. Dib Hanna, the founder of the group, started the business operations with a mere workforce of 50 employees with a vision to provide quickly deliverable and cost-effective living space solutions. With the passage of time, the group has grown multifold and positioned itselves in the global market by expanding its presence to the KSA, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, Iraq, Lebanon and Qatar as well as executing projects in the UK, Australia, India and the Caribbean Islands.

Our technical and operation teams work hand in hand at close quarters to employ the best customer-centric strategies at every phase of the project to find the best manufacturing and execution mix keeping in mind customers’ various preferences.

As for manpower deployment, a separate organizational chart is activated for each project to ensure a timely and effective coordination between manufacturing and project execution.
Material Procurement takes place through our centralized procurement department headed by a seasoned procurement specialist. The projects office raises a requisition order via the custom-designed ERP system for the procurement team which is later distributed amongst the procurement team members as per their procuring abilities and specializations. After a thorough online and offline research and getting a positive nod from the site in-charge deployed at the project site, the procurement team issues a purchase order to the supplier enlisted on our vendor list or approved by the consultants or the end-users. PROJECT MONITORING & CONTROL
As a tech-friendly organization, we use a variety of IT tools and techniques to control and monitor the ongoing projects. Through technology and MS Teams, our team is available for the all stakeholders involved in the project twice a week during the business processing time. It also includes a live walk-though to the project being executed.

SAFETY ASPECTS
A common saying is a safe workplace is an efficient workplace as a hazardous workplace causes unnecessary stress to workers affecting their morale and skills. With that in mind, our QHSE team guides every worker with HSE related instructions deemed to be fit for a project to curb the threats of any over or covert danger. Also, the spread of Covid-19 has negatively affected the construction industry and forced some of us to slow down the pace. However, we continue to march ahead by upping the ante our business processing measures to ensure comfortable and compliant living and working conditions for our employees without any exception.

As for manpower deployment, a separate organizational chart is activated for each project to ensure a timely and effective coordination between manufacturing and project execution.
Material Procurement takes place through our centralized procurement department headed by a seasoned procurement specialist. The projects office raises a requisition order via the custom-designed ERP system for the procurement team which is later distributed amongst the procurement team members as per their procuring abilities and specializations. After a thorough online and offline research and getting a positive nod from the site in-charge deployed at the project site, the procurement team issues a purchase order to the supplier enlisted on our vendor list or approved by the consultants or the end-users. PROJECT MONITORING & CONTROL
As a tech-friendly organization, we use a variety of IT tools and techniques to control and monitor the ongoing projects. Through technology and MS Teams, our team is available for the all stakeholders involved in the project twice a week during the business processing time. It also includes a live walk-though to the project being executed.

SAFETY ASPECTS
A common saying is a safe workplace is an efficient workplace as a hazardous workplace causes unnecessary stress to workers affecting their morale and skills. With that in mind, our QHSE team guides every worker with HSE related instructions deemed to be fit for a project to curb the threats of any over or covert danger. Also, the spread of Covid-19 has negatively affected the construction industry and forced some of us to slow down the pace. However, we continue to march ahead by upping the ante our business processing measures to ensure comfortable and compliant living and working conditions for our employees without any exception.
