The Aquatic level winders operate independently with hydraulic

powerpacks. The vertical neoprene rollers are adjustable to suit a wide

range of product diameters. A dedicated powerpack is also supplied.

TRACK SYSTEMS

TO BE ADAPTED AND SEAFASTENED TO THE VESSEL DECK TO ENABLE

THE AQUATIC MODULAR DRIVE SYSTEM TOWERS TO GLIDE BETWEEN

INSTALLATION REELS.

Aquatic has a range of track systems that can support a reel and product

weight of between 200Te and 500Te. As with all Aquatic products, our

track systems are road transportable on standard articulated trucks or

40ft open top containers.

LAY RAMP

TO ENABLE AQUATIC TENSIONERS TO BE FIXED AT A SPECIFIC INCLINE

TO ASSIST IN THE REDUCTION OF PRODUCT DEFORMATION ON THE

INSTALLATION REEL AND VERTICAL DEPLOYMENT.

The Aquatic lay ramp solution is offered complete with power and lights,

fixed guard rails and optional work platforms to aid in the installation of

bouyancy modules etc. The lay ramp can be used to manoeuvre from

horizontal to vertical in a compact package.

STERN AND DECK CHUTES

TO SAFELY DEPLOY FLEXIBLE PRODUCT OVER THE SIDE, STERN OR

INTO THE MOONPOOL OF A VESSEL.

Available in a range of curvatures to satisfy the product bend radius,

line tension capacity from 10-25Te, and from all locations worldwide.

REEL CRADLES

TO ENSURE INSTALLATION OR STORAGE REELS ARE SAFE AND

SECURED DURING THE SPOOLING OR TRANSPOOLING PROCESS.

POWERED SHEAVE

TO ENABLE LOADING BETWEEN TWO AREAS, THE AQUATIC POWERED

SHEAVE WILL ENABLE DRIVING FROM ONE AREA TO ANOTHER UNDER

TENSION.

The powered sheave has been designed to handle all products stored

in for example, fixed baskets and carousels. Ready-supplied with a

3Te tensioner which provides the power to move the product and also

provide grip and control.
