THE CONTAINERSMODS start off from an ISO steel shipping container; these durable, strong, wind and water tight containers provide the shell for your MOD unit. All cutouts are welded with structural steel to keep the structure rigid, safe, and secure.
The most popular sizes are 8’x20’ and 8’x40’. Other sizes are available. Multiple units can be placed next to each other to create larger complex units. The corners are interlocked to keep the structure together and also provide ease of moving and set up in another location.
THE PROCESSDESIGN – Your ideas come to live in our Design Department. Our in-house architect will take your ideas and create a floor plan to suit your needs.
FABRICATION – All fabrication work is done at our shop in a controlled environment to ensure quality and craftsmanship in a timely matter.
INSTALLATION – Depending on your MOD unit, we can install and hook up utilities in about an hour on your site. For multiple units, we will weld and use twist locks to keep the containers locked together. MODS are designed to be moved and set up multiple times.
EXHIBITS AND DISPLAYS
MODS International can custom design and construct portable trade show and event displays that can be secured and transported to any location worldwide. The use of containers creates a sturdy display, which is well suited for both indoor and outdoor venues. The display will be customized with your company's brand and vision in mind. The container display will not only stand out among the crowd, but can also make preparing and executing an event easy.
RETAIL For this auto parts store, multiple MODS were used to create a large open area on the main floor. Second floor office is elevated for surveillance over the yard.

From our “no crane needed” 20’ pop up, to multiple 40’ sections, our innovative designs will produce foot traffic and sales for your store.Delivery of the unit is easy and you will be able to move and re-install it anywhere you choose. Once the pop-up is delivered, we can have you open for business fast! Our MODS can connect to water, waste, and electric in just a few minutes and can also easily be wired for cable and internet.
RESIDENTIAL HOMES
We create custom shipping container homes that are only limited by your imagination. Container homes are becoming a popular choice for new home builders. They are less costly, more energy efficient, and can be built in far less time than a traditional home. Many people enjoy the industrial, modern style the containers offer, but we can also design the home’s exterior and interior to look more traditional. We can also design any size home using multiple containers.
APARTMENTS & DORMITORIES
Multiple MODS can be used to create an apartment complex. Individualplans can offer custom designsto allow for larger and smallerunits in the same complex. Once completed, the project can look like any traditional construction with an aesthetically pleasing exterior finish of your choice.
While building the units in our fabrication shop, site work can be done simultaneously. This allows the structure to be operational in a short time period and give a faster return on your investment.
