MobiTrade Tablet Login Home page:

An Authorized user is created by Admin, Will be able to enter the application by entering valid username and password.

The mobility tool allows only the registered User/ Sales executive to login to the functionalities.

This provides the primary level security to the transactions and authenticity to the data and its relation to the personnel who is entering the data or using MobiTrade.

A registered User can also request new password in case he/she forgets password.

Each registered user will be in maintained and managed by Admin in “Active” or “De-active” mode

MobiTrade Implementation is an implementation which involves an agile development methodology. On the first level the basic modules are made to order as per the sales process of any organization.

Once these basic modules are implemented and the tools is taken in to practice several customizations come in to view based on to the adaptation of the same as per the sale culture and departmental and zonal requirement.

On the second level these changes are carried out and implemented.

On the whole a success full MobiTrade implementation takes in to account the processes and interaction of the people of the sales organization at several levels.

Help Desk Support and Ticket based Support System

Help Desk Support will be provided by KCS to login support ticket. Dedicated Person will be available to attend support ticket via Telephonic Support, who can give step by step process explaining over phone.

Priority: A Support Person will visit personally and attend within 8 hours of ticket login as per local time zone and distance. The training can be provided visiting them at their location as per above said cost matrix.

Training Matrix - Training & Benefit and user guide Video Manual will also be provided along with the implementation of MobiTrade

A mass training session to batch of 25 to 50 dealers will be held at regular planned intervals to train the sales team and the organizational head at site or a mutually agreed upon place.

We shall also provide Video Manual CD which covers step by step process of each function in Regional Language i.e; Gujarati, Hindi, Marathi and English.

Change Password: User can change his/her password which will be stored on Admin panel.

MOBITRADEUpon successful login, User will be able to view below Dashboard/Home page.Task (Root Map): State Head can select Sales User from the list to view his/her activity as default view will be of State Head.

Sales Contract:State head can view Sales Contract activity of team members including himself/herself and can also add new Sales Contract for the Team.

DistributorUser can see his/her list of distributor allocated with distributor profile such as name, code, Contact details, contract history etc.

Price and Stock Inventory:This will allow user to view depot wise price and stock inventory

User on Map: It will allow State Head and Management to stay connected with team in the field by locating them on map. (GPS has to be “ON”)

Report:User would be able to view activity and performance report over here.

Change Password: User can change his/her password which will be stored on Admin panel.

Log Out:User can log out from system and will return to login page.

MOBITRADE State Head can select

Sales Office from the list to view his/her Sales Contract

Details and records.

State Head can also sort and search them by Booking #, Rate,

Status, Date as well if needed.

State head also has an option to search specific details from

Sales Contract of an individual Sales Office by entering

appropriate Search.

Will allow State head to view Sales Order details with

Distributor name, Item, quantity, Status, Rate etc.

It will allow State Head to enter new “Sales Contract”

which will redirect him/her to “Add Sales Contract” Page.

MOBITRADEState head can also enter the Sales Contract for

himself/herself following the same process as described above AND

can also enter the same for his/her team member as well.

While selecting New Sales

Contract, State head will have an option to Select State Officer

from the list allocated in his/her team.

This will allow user to add item with required fields.

Once all the details are filled, User has to get it signed from

Distributor before saving the Contract.

MOBITRADE Upon Selection of

Sales Officer, State head can view task allocation with details of an

specific Sales Officer of his/her team.

It will also allow user to locate the Distributor.

User can edit status of Task by selecting

Edit option.

User can also directly book the Sales

Contract by selecting appropriate Distributor upon

confirmation.

User also have an option to Add new task

from this page itself for Sales Officer.

Will allow SH to return to previous/Home page.

MOBITRADETo Add new task, SH is required to enter mandatory

details such as Task Name, Select Distributor, Schedule,

Status, Remark and Distributor comments (It can be filled post

distributor visit OR can be filled if the visit is done already and user is

entering Task to upload the details)

master records as shown in next pages.
