Top 8 BSS engineer will leave the site after confirmation by RF of successful site DT .

Top 9 BSS engineer will leave the site after site alarm verification from PMCL OAN hotline.

3. Environment double checking

SN Check point

1 If label of the MCB of existing Ericsson 2G,3G and DCS system are correctly

2 If the DC power cable for DCPD7 connected correctly

3 If DC power cable for RRU connected correctly

4 If optical fiber connected correctly ( There should not any cross with power and fiber).5 If all board quantity are correct including Dummy6 If alarm cable has been laid to existing DDF correctly with Labels7 If CAT6 cable connected correctly with Labels

8 If labels of jumpers, fibers and power cable have been finished

9 Check transmission power ,IF,LAN cable connections

10 Check BLVD connections for transmission

11 Electrical and Mechnical tilt of installed Anteena.

Check the follow points and make sure all the points must be ready before swap.

Send message in Line to inform enter the site.

• Check Physically the condition of anteena on site.

• Record electrical and Mechanical tilt.

• If E-tilt and M-Tilts are faulty inform responsible manager.

• Check the Anteena port condition if faulty inform the responsible manager.

4.1 Ready for swap Report to war room after everything are ready for swap. Team leader start swap receive war room order of starting swap.

Not More then 6 sectors:•GSM 900 R8881/R8863 in order of cells (lower at first) takes 0, 1, and 2 •DCS1800 R8881/R8863 in order of cells (lower at first) takes 3, 4, and 5

Before Antenna Swapping-Trace the BTS and do the labeling on existing antenna for every sector.1.Trace the RF cables from BTS to Antenna for each sector and identify the correct antenna and sector.Standard labeling to be done at Existing Antenna and its cables-

Swap Solution Summary: 1. Pre-install new rectifier and ZTE BTS(BC cabinet and RRUs) in the proposed location.

2. IDUs will remain in the shelter.

3. New Power system (ATS, DB and New Rectifier) should be installed before swap.

6.1. Indoor Scenario: Indoor Macro site swap to outdoor distributed site. Notice : Any issues happen can not solve please contact site engineer to support on site.

Swap Solution Summary: For this scenario, we will use the BS8906+RRU to swap the original Micro BTS.

1. Disconnect existing Ericsson external alarm cable and make labelling.

2. Connect ZTE external alarm cable according to the follow definition.

3. Report to war room confirm the status.

9. Cross feeder and VSWR alarm clearance

11. Leave Site

1. Make water proof for all connected jumpers & feeders, power cable.

2. Seal the disconnected feeder ,jumper connectors and fix.

3. Proper routing of Fiber jumpers power cable

4. Clean the site and check the complete labeling before leaving

After the completion of the above work and received the leave approval from war room can leave site. Send message in Line to inform leaving site.

Wait for cross feeder, Sector / Partial Swapping and VSWR confirmation from war room and confirmation from DT team. If the site have issues, swap team do rectification  immediately until all issues solved. If the site have no issues, swap team can leave site.
