1. A specially designed trailer

SS trailers feature crucialracking mechanisms, motoroperator supports, andvertical bearing supports.

Trailers are also built withhigh quality materials toensure that they complywith SAE and DOTstandards.

2. Racking mechanisms

Our racking mechanismsgive you the space youneed; SS mechanisms havemaximum DOT width andspacing.

SS racking mechanisms canalso support over 2,000 lbs.per phase and are simple toset up and tear down.

3. Relays and controls

SS will customize yourtrailer's relays and controlsfor seamless integrationwith your current system.

From sensing and control toannunciator systems, SSwill design the relays andcontrols that your trailerneeds.

4. Hydraulic systems

SS can construct hydraulicsystems for heavy lifting.They are laid out to beprotective, functional, anduser-friendly.

A hydraulic system includescustom cylinders,connectors, a generator,optional tank heaters, andmore.

5. Outdoor cabinets

Our outdoor cabinets arebuilt to hold batteries,generators, controls --anything you need.

Constructed with eithersteel or aluminum, SScabinets are rated NEMA 4or NEMA 4X for weatherprotection and durability.

6. Shipping bracing

Shipping bracing keepsequipment secure duringtravel. When g-forces act onyour trailer, SS braces holdeverything in place.

Our shipping braces aremade of light-weightaluminum and are easy toattach and remove.

7. Grounding systems

SS grounding systems areengineered to maintainequal potential on allcomponents, devices, andareas of the trailer.

Our grounding systems areintegrated into the trailerdesign and can reliablyground high-current faults.
