Time frames Schedule 1+ week in advance (librarian or Outlook) Request special software 2+ weeks in advance (IT Workorder) Allow 5+ min. travel time with cart

Arrange pick up with librarian (or consider 6th hr. in library) Allow 5-10 min. for student check out + 5-10 for student check

in Allow 2-5 min. for laptops to boot + 2-5 to shut down

NOTE: Time frames will improve with teacher/student practice. Updates might delay startup/shutdown. Recommend test.
