Mobile Ground Penetrating Radar (MGPR) LandScope’s mobile radar service allows for the rapid and efficient acquisition of Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) data over large areas. A multi-antenna GPR array is towed behind a highways survey vehicle, covering a large swath with each pass. The MGPR system has been developed by LandScope’s team of geophysicists and surveyors, in association with UTSI Electronics, to deliver a modular design allowing flexible configuration of number of channels, frequencies and sampling routes to ensure suitability to a wide range of applications. Land Survey / Geomatics • 3D Scanning & Modelling • Underground Service Mapping • Monitoring of Structural Movement Structural Imaging Radar • Geophysical Survey • Site Investigation • Hydrographic Survey • Bridge Inspection • Mobile Mapping Benefits of Mobile GPR Rapid data acquisition - up to 50 linear km per day Multi-frequency solution to provide the appropriate survey resolution and depth penetration Modular design to allow customised frequency array Augments traditional hand-pushed GPR and EML systems, to provide the most complete underground mapping solution Mitigates the high costs of traffic management and carriage- way possessions Reduces health and safety risk to survey personnel PAS-128 and BIM compatible outputs All data acquisition is geo-referenced, benefiting from GNSS, military grade Inertial Navigation System (INS) and odometry to provide the highest accuracy deliverable output in either 2D or 3D Applications Include: Highways Survey Mapping Carriageway structure and condition - (UK PMS) Complete asset management - in conjunction with autoMAP Buried Utilities Mapping PAS-128 Survey Route clearance Depth to bedrock assessment Site Investigation and Archaeology Underground infrastructure mapping Rail Survey Ballast condition survey Services mapping
