e-Cheque Registration Service 1. Login to Mobile Banking
2. At Homepage, press Banking -> e-Cheque -> Issue
3. Read and understand the Customer Terms and Conditions, then press “Agree”
4. Set the Daily Transaction Limit and press “Submit”; Registration will be successful after 2-Factor authentication (“Security code”)

2. At Homepage, press Banking -> e-Cheque -> Issue
3. Login 3. Login to Mobile Banking through NCB Mobile App
4. Select the Cheque Account 5. Input the Recipient name 6. Input the Amount
7. Input recipient’s email address
8. Input Issuer’s email address 9. Input E-mail Message, then press “Agree & Submit”
10. Verify the transaction details
11. Input Transaction Confirmation Code from Security Device for 2- Factor Authentication and press “Confirm”
12. Transaction complete
13. Press View/Download e-Cheque for reference

e-Cheque Deposit service
E-cheque cannot be deposited through mobile browser. There will be alert message on screen to remind customers to use NCB Mobile App for transaction.
1. Login to Mobile Banking through NCB Mobile App. 2. Select "Banking -> e-Cheque -> Deposit" at homepage.
3. Select “Deposit Account” 4. Press “Select File” to upload e-Cheque file and press “Submit”
5. Upon file upload completion, press “Submit”
6. Verify the transaction details, then press “Confirm”
7. e-Cheque deposit completed
1. Login to Mobile Banking through NCB Mobile App. 2. Select “e-Cheque” at homepage
3. Input Verification Code, press “Confirm”
4. Input Deposit Account 5. Press Add and upload e-Cheque file, then press “Submit”
6. Verify and Confirm the information
7. Transaction is accepted 8. Press “Confirm” to save the record to Photo Album
9. Press “OK”
10. Transaction accepted
IOS Note: e-Cheque cannot be deposited directly through NCB Mobile App in IOS. Instruction is shown on the screen for upload direction
E-Cheque Deposit (IOS) 1. Select e-cheque file through email 2. Choose to open the e-Cheque
file through NCB Mobile App
E-Cheque Deposit (IOS) 3. Select “Deposit to any NCB Account / Bill Payment”
4. Select “Deposit Account” 5. Verify e-Cheque information 6. Select Now or Specific deposit date 7. Press “Submit”
8. Verify the transaction details, press “Confirm”
9. E-Cheque deposited successfully 10. Offer selection for “Deposit Again” or “Status Enquiry”
