How does it work?Once your on premise or hosted telephone system is deployed we work with you to understand the individual needs of your workers and the devices they use. We then find the most practical, best quality and best value for money product or combination of products from one of or key providers - Unify and Broadsoft.

For home workers we can put a system handset in their home office, without the need for your IT to setup a hardware

VPN (Virtual Private Network) back to HQ. This gives the home worker instant access to the same telephone system

features as your office workers, including conferencing and access to telephone directories for example. They are

also contactable by clients and colleagues alike on one number, wherever they are. Our SIP@Home service from

Unify connects a home workers SIP telephone handset directly to the company telephony system via the internet and

can be setup quickly without the need for a hardware VPN.

For Mobile users we are able to provide an app for their Apple or Android Mobile device and an application for their

laptop to keep them always connected over 3G/4G/WiFi. This also means they have access to exactly the same

telephone system features as office workers including conferencing, telephone directories and call recording and are

always contactable on one number and connected to the company telephone system wherever they are - at home, in

the office, on the train or in the car.
