M T CHUNGNh my Polyester s c xy dng cho Cng ty c phn ha du v x si du kh ti Khu cng nghip nh V, nh my bao gm cc phn xng sau: Phn xng trng ngng Phn xng sn xut x Phn xng sn xut si FilamentMc ch ca phn xng trng ngng l to ra dung dch polyme cao phn t c nht c trng hay l: to nn chui phn t c chiu di xp x 100 phn t. Dung dch nng chy c a ti phn xng sn xut x, phn xng sn xut si Filament v cm sn xut ht chip.Sn phm PET c to nn bi hai nguyn liu th l: PTA (axit terephthalic) v MEG (mono ethylene glycol) qua chui cc phn ng ha hc khc nhau.2. Khi ton b Sb2O3 c ha tan hon ton, (dung dch mu thng l khng mu trong vng 2 gi), th ngng gia nhit bng cht ti nhit HTM v b sung EG t c nng dung dch nh yu cu. Sau dung dch xc tc c lm ngui ti 850C bng cch iu chnh dng tun hon cht ti nhit ti xp x 750C (850C l nhit cui). lm ngui, dng cht ti nhit c cho qua thit b lm ngui bng khng kh 15E14. Nu Antimony Triglycolate (Sb2EG3,Sb2C2H4O2) c s dng lm xc tc, my khuy c khi ng v dung dch c gia nhit ti 1200C bng cch iu chnh dng tun hon HTM ti xp x 1500C (1200C l nhit cui). Khi ton b Sb2EG3 c ha tan hon ton (Dung dch mu khng mu thng l trong khong thi gian 01h) th ngng gia nhit bng cht ti nhit v thm EG t c nng cui nh mong mun. Sau dung dch xc tc c lm mt ti xp x 850C bng cch iu chnh dng tun hon HTM ti xp x 750C (850C l nhit cui). lm ngui, dng cht tun hon cht ti nhit c cho qua thit b lm ngui bng khng kh 15E14. Nu Antimony Triacetate (SbAc3,Sb(CH3COO)3) c s dng lm xc tc v dung dch xc tc c ha tan nhit mi trng. Khi ton b SbAc3 ha tan hon ton (dung dch mu khng mu thng trong 01h), th b sung EG t c nng nh yu cu.Cn ly mu mi m phn tch nng , khi kt qu th nghim t yu cu m dung dch xc tc c a ti b cha dung dch xc tc 15D12.Dng dung dch xc tc CPC chnh c tun hon lin tc bng bm CPC 15P12, ch mt phn dng dch xc tc c cho qua thit b lc CPC 15F12 loi b cc thnh phn khng ha tan trc khi xc tc c np vi dng EG chnh i vo b trn theo m.Lng dung dch xc tc c np vo phn xng cng ngh c iu khin bi thit b iu khin dng.Qu trnh chun b v tn cha dung dch xc tc(lin kt ni tip) c ph kn bng kh Nit nhm ngn chn vic hnh thnh m v h tr cho vic loi b sn phm ph. Khi lng EG c nh lng v np vo b chun b 15D71, sau mt lng chnh xc TiO2 c np t h thng m bao qua thit b np liu 15Q71 vo b chun b. Dung dch huyn ph ng nht c c nh qu trnh khuy trn vi my khuy 15A71.Sau dung dch huyn ph vi 50% TiO2 c tho ra t b chun b 15D71 i vo b cha dung dch trn TiO2 15D72 ti y EG c b sung vo c c dung dch huyn ph xp x 18% khi lng.Hai b cha dung dch 15D72 c lp t nhm tng cng sut v gi thi gian lu l ti thiu.Sau khong thi gian lu t 10-12h, dung dch huyn ph c chuyn bng bm nguyn liu 15P74 qua thit b ly tm 15M74 ti y cc ht qu c, cc phn kt t c tch ra khi dung dch. Dung dch tip tc t chy ti b iu chnh 15D75, khi ton b m TiO2 ti thit b ly tm 15M74 th ly mu xc nh nng thc t ca dung dch TiO2.EG tip tc c b sung vo b iu chnh 15D75 t c nng TiO2 l 15% khi lng, sau li tip tc ly mu v phn tch trong phng th nghim trc khi m dung dch TiO2 a ti b cha 15D77. kim tra hiu qu ca qu trnh ly tm th cn phi tin hnh th nghim vi thit b lc cc ht vi kch c 1m.Cc ht c kch thc qu c (cn) c tch ra t dung dch trong my ly tm (xp x t 3 n 5% TiO2 c tch ra) c thu gom li trong b lng cn s 1 (15D81). 2.6 Thit b phn ng ESPREE (Section 20)Tham kho ti liu: 09035-20-PFD-PR0012.6.1 C s chung: to ra hp cht DGT (diglycol terephthalate) bng qu trnh Este ha trc tip khng c xc tc gia PTA v MEG.Nhm tch nc trong qu trnh este ha.Nhm loi b v thu hi EG d (mt lng d EG cn thit thc y phn ng) cho vic ti s dng.Nhm loi b sn phm ph ca qu trnh phn ng.2.6.2 Cc thit b chnh.20E10Thit b trao i nhit cho thit b phn ng ESPREE (trao i nhit bn ngoi cho qu trnh este ha).20E12Thit b ngng sn phm chng ct.(ngng nc ca qu trnh phn ng)20E13Thit b tn dng nhit (tin gia nhit EG trc khi i vo thp cng ngh)20E15Thit b ha hi cht ti nhit HTM.(gia nhit y thit b phn ng ESPREE v thit b trao i nhit ca thp cng ngh 20T12.20P11A/B Bm Monome (vn chuyn monome t qu trnh ester ha ti kt thc qu trnh este ha).20P12A/B Bm cho thit b trao i nhit (cho qu trnh np liu EG t thit b trao i nhit y thp cng ngh ti thit b phn ng 20R10 v ti b trn EG 18S16).20R10 Thit b phn ng ESPREE thit b phn ng a cp cho phn ng este ha hn hp PTA/MEG; kt thc qu trnh trng ngng, tin trng ngng).20T12 Thp cng ngh.cho qu trnh chng ct/phn tch EG v hi nc.20V10 ng chn khng (PP) (dn hi n thit b phun ngng).20RZ10 Thit b trn nguyn liu EG/CPC (trn EG hoc CPC vi monome).2.6.3 Tm tt cng ngh.Phn ng Este ha tri qua theo mt s giai on. Bc u tin c thc hin trong qu trnh este ha (ti phn y ca thit b phn ng 20R10, tc chuyn i t 88-92%). Ba phn tip theo c lp t lin tip chng ln nhau theo lp s dng cho qu trnh kt thc phn ng este ha (phn nh ca thit b phn ng 20R10 c tc chuyn ha ln n 98%.)Trong sut qu trnh phn ng este ha, chui polyme bt u c hnh thnh. Qu trnh trng ngng tip din v qu trnh este ha nt phn cn li din ra trong qu trnh trng ngngHn hp nguyn liu bao gm c xc tc c cung cp lin tc vo phn ese ha ca thit b phn ng 20R10 t b trn hn hp nguyn liu 18D13 bng bm 18P13A/B nhit xp x 650C.Trc khi hn hp nguyn liu i vo thit b trao i nhit ng chm 20E10, th EG thu hi t thp 20T12 v tc nhn to mu TiO2 c a vo hn hp nguyn liu lm tng t l mole tng ln t 1.75 n 1.8 v b cho s mt mt EG t vic bay hi trong qu trnh este ha. Lng EG thu hi a vo dng hn hp nguyn liu c iu khin bi chu trnh iu khin dng, bm ca thit b trao i nhit y thp cng ngh 20P12 np nguyn liu EG t y thp 20T12 vo mt phn dng EG quay tr li qu trnh este ha duy tr t l mole ni ti.
