• Nintendo started as early in 1887 as a small business in trading cards.
• Evolved into a video game company in the early 1980’s.
• Continued success new prototypes in video games and video game consoles.
Nintendo Today
• A Japanese multi-national corporation eventually becoming one of the most prominent figures in today’s video game industry.

• Nintendo has been part of our American culture.
• It has evolved as time progressed.

• Our target market – Senior Citizens.

• Senior Citizens range from 55 years old and above.
• As technology becomes a vital impact in society today, many Senior Citizens are willing to learn it.
The increase of usage
• The number of gamers over the age of 50 increased by 15% from 1999 to 2007 (Entertainment Software Association).
• Positive outcome:• An increase in sales
of electronic games, suitable for age group
• Wide variety of games they would like

• The goal of Nintendo for Senior Citizens is to not feel intimidated by technology.
• Nintendo values customer relationships, and seniors are also part of that demographic aspect.
