MJD Enterprise Inc is a start-up company initially formed to meet the growing need for restored homes in Central Florida but with a vision and a plan to gradually merge into a more diverse portfolio of Real Estate Investments.  The company is initially focused on purchasing, renovating and reselling distressed Single Family Homes in affluent, well-established neighborhoods, located nearby downtown areas and other areas with a higher than average income per capita. Oversight of renovations are spearheaded by two of the founders/owners, Anna Dyer and Janet Mudd, both of whom possess over 25 years of combined experience in home renovations and real estate investments, and both of whom have graduated from Architecture and Building Surveying as well as Building Construction and Land Development respectively. MJD's third owner/founder, Mario Jimenez, is a former IRS Collections Representative with over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry and its federal regulatory bodies. Mr. Jimenez handles most of new properties’ research and evaluations. MJD's ownership is a well-rounded group with diverse but complimenting backgrounds which has been key to the company's fast start and early success.
