Impact Absorbing Lighting Pole• These innovative poles feature

vertical slots which create a cushioning effect if the pole is hit by a vehicle. Under design criteria and circumstances, the pole will stop the vehicle and minimize the g-force placed on the vehicle’s passengers.

• The pole remains attached to the base structure and absorbs the energy gradually, capturing the impacting vehicle as the pole deforms. This makes the Impact Absorbing pole ideal for medium to high volume roads
