Josh  Kennedy    Q.  What  was  your  childhood  like  when    you  were  young  playing  footy?  A:  I  was  a  footy-­‐a-­‐holic  when  I  was  young  I  loved  playing  footy  with  my  dad.  Q:  How  are  you  going  with  your  injury?    A:  I’m  getting  better  it  just  started  healing  it  will  be  another  2  months  until  I  come  back  to  play.    Thanks  for  your  time  Josh!          

How  to  kick  a  snap  like  Mark  LeCras    You  will  need:    Football  Oval  Footy  boots  Goal  posts      Follow  these  steps:    Step  1:  You  need  to  get  ready  and  put  your  footy  boots  on  and  go  out  to  the  park  where  there  are  footy  goals.    Step  2:  You  must  pick  up  the  ball  and  have  it  turned  on  an  angle  and  hold  it  in  front  of  you.    Step  3:  When  you  are  ready  to  kick  the  goal,  stand  on  the  boundary  line  and  get  your  leg  ready  by  being  straight.    Step  4:  Drop  the  ball  down  on  to  your  foot  and  aim  and  kick  towards  the  goal  post.    Step  5:  You  should  be  on  target  for  the  goal,  if  not  practice  and  repeat  from  step  2.  

James’  dominating  a  new  life.  

 James  has  had  a  tough  run.      He  was  tortured  because  of  his  black  skin  colour  he  was  also  bullied,  not  loved  or  cared  for  by  his  parents,  but  he  never  gave  up.    He  always  had  hope  which  made  him  so  special.    James  had  it  tough  but  there  was  something  that  made  him  change.    He  found  a  sport  where  he  didn’t  get  harassed  –  that  was  football.    There  were  other  people  who  had  a  black  skin  colour  just  like  him.    

They  all  got  along  with  each  other  really  well.    He  was  playing  for  the  West  Coast  Eagles  and  he  became  an  instant  star.    He  had  strong  hands  and  he  was  like  a  super  hero  when  he  flew  for  a  contest.    Everybody  started  to  respect  him  and  that’s  what  gave  him  his  nickname  ‘The  Dominator.’    James  is  really  enjoying  his  new  life  and  he  now  has  a  girlfriend  and  is  still  a  superstar.    He  works  in  schools  to  promote  anti-­‐bullying  programmes.    

West  coast  rock    We  all  know  that  West  Coast  Eagles  are  the  best  team  in  the  world.    West  coast  are  much  better  than  the  others  because  of  their  ability  to  bounce  back.  Footy  is  going  to  go  on  for  a  long  time  and  in  2010  the  W.C.E  got  the  wooden  spoon  but  the  very  next  year  they  finished  fourth.  Right  now  they  are  on  top  

of  the  ladder.  Now  that  is  a  massive  record!!!  And  we  have  the  #1  draft  pick.  We  have  some  great  midfielders  and  some  great  forwards  as  well  as  defenders,  let  me  give  you  an  example:  Matt  Priddis  grabs  the  ball  straight  away  as  soon  as  they  start  the  new  quarter  stopping  the  opposition  in  its  tracks.  Nic  Natanui  is  another  good  player  he  is  the  best  ruckman  in  the  AFL  and  Josh  Kennedy  has  

kicked  10  goals  in  one  game!  West  Coast  put  on  a  good  show  and  put  in  lots  of  effort.  The  Eagles  make  their  gameplay  nice  and  neat  which  is  great  to  watch  as  a  supporter.  So  good  luck  to  West  Coast.    By  now  everyone  should  know  how  good  West  Coast  is  so….  SUPPORT  THE  Mighty  Eagles!!!!
