Exhibitors are also welcome to attend social events to visit with attendees and are provided with contact information of all attendees
Exhibitor Information
The Stoney Creek Hotel & Conference Center is the location for the 2018 Missouri Pest Management Association and Kansas Pest Control Association Annual Conference and Exposition. The Exhibition will take place in the Convention Center. There will be several opportunities during the two-day event in which attendees are encouraged to visit with exhibitors. Tuesday evening attendees are invited to attend the Reception with Exhibitors.
Additional Equipment & Booth Setup
Exhibitors with special needs, including electricity, need to contact the MPMA offices well in advance of the Conference. Electricity will be an additional charge of $50. Exhibitors may set up booths beginning 6:30 pm Monday, December 3rd. Booths must be dismantled and materials removed by 1:00 pm Wednesday, December 5th.
Meeting Registration
Each exhibitor booth includes one conference registration, which includes registration to the full conference and all meetings and meals. Additional exhibit staff may register for the Conference on the registration form.
Late Fee & Cancellation Policy
MPMA and KPCA reserve the right to cancel this program and return all fees in the event of insufficient registration. Any cancellation made by an exhibitor must be submitted in writing to the MPMA offices. A $50 administrative fee will be assessed, and the difference refunded, on any cancellations made. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after December 1, 2018.
Liability
Exhibitor, on signing the contract for exhibit space, expressly releases the Missouri Pest Management Association and the Kansas Pest Control Association, its members and representatives from any and all claims of injury, loss or damage that may occur to the exhibitor, exhibitor’s employees, or exhibitor’s property from any cause whatsoever.
Booth Placement
Exhibitors will select their own booth locations this year. Select 1st thru 3rd choice based on the diagram provided. A space is not reserved until full payment is received and space is limited.
Hotel Information The Stoney Creek Hotel is located at 18011 Bass Pro Drive, Independence, MO 64055. A special hotel rate of $109.00 single or double occupancy will be available to those participating in the Annual Conference. Deadline for hotel reservations is November 16, 2018. For reservations call 800-659-2220.
Amenities Amenities at the Stoney Creek Hotel include a 24-hour business center and fitness center, free parking and Wi-Fi, lounge and room service.
